To my great surprise and anger, the Elementary School History book (Δ΄Τάξη), approved by the Ministry of Education, in 14 page, directly says that our alphabet, the Greek, it is not Greek, but Phoenician!
After the first shock,that I received in the classroom a few years ago when I was still teaching, I begged the children, to think if such a thing could be true.
How can a civilization later than the Greeks lend instead of borrow;
How can a civilization that offered none of the seven wonders of antiquity, disbanded and no longer exists, to give Lights to the Photo-Giving Greeks;
How could Homer have written the two world-renowned and far-reaching works of the Iliad and the Odyssey in the same chronological period, in Greek language but with a borrowed alphabet, at the moment when the Phoenicians have nothing comparable or even inferior to show;
How can they and what brainless people do it, to put Greek children and their teachers, to teach and be taught by…of their birth that..they are not..Greeks;
Then I quote the,what evidence I have been able to find is positive and comforting:

 A. What is the Phoenician Alphabet?.
According to Linguistics as “alphabet” is defined as “a set of symbols in a certain order and order, which serve to render the elementary forms of a language, with the restriction that each pair corresponds to s’ a single symbol and vice versa". In alphabetical writing therefore (that is, the writing of the peoples of Europe, of America, of Australia and other parts of the world) each letter gives an elementary sound.

This is not the case in the more imperfect syllabic scripts, in which each symbol assigns a syllable (two or more sounds-tones), such as e.g. in the syllabic Greek scripts Linear A and B a symbol represents the syllable – Mr (k+o), another symbol the syllable po (p+o) coke. In the Phoenician script (which has only consonants and no vowels), in its barely preserved specimens, the situation is still “worse”, since each of its symbols does not even yield a specific syllable, but different, which their reading is left to “inspiration” of the reader. So e.g. a consonant can be read as ba, boo, come in, bi, bo etc., or some other as gu, ga, bro, go etc. Therefore, the Phoenician script is not only not an alphabet, but it is not even a sophisticated syllabic script, of the degree of perfection of the corresponding Greek.

And it is indeed an amazing fact, that has been established in science in recent times 150 years about the contradictory term “Phoenician alphabet”, in order for a script that has nothing to do with the alphabet. And even more incredible is the imposition of scientific dogma, that the Greek alphabet came from the Phoenician, which is not only not an alphabet, but it is a more imperfect script than the Greek Linear Scripts A and B. For these reasons, according to the recently deceased president of the Society of Greek Philologists Univ. Georguntzos is the characterization given by Professor G. Babiniotis in Phoenician writing “quasi-syllabic alphabet” (;!) is rejected and must be replaced with the correct one “purely contracted syllabary” writing system (see Univ. Georgiuntzou, The Greek Invention Alphabet: his article in Davlos magazine, issue. 142, October 1993, p. 8242).

B) The Greekness of the alphabet.

1. The archaeological evidence

Η θεωρία ότι το Αλφάβητο είναι εφεύρεση των Φοινίκων συντηρήθηκε εκτός των άλλων με το επιχείρημα ότι ορισμένα σύμβολα της φοινικικής γραφής μοιάζουν με τα αλφαβητικά γράμματα, B.C. the A(alef) is the Greek A inverted or italicized etc. This argument seemed strong until now 100 years old, when linguists and historians still claimed that the Greeks knew no writing before him 800 e.g.!

Around the 1900 όμως ο Αρθούρος Έβανς ανέσκαψε την Ελληνική Μινωική Κρήτη και ανεκάλυψε τις ελληνικές Γραμμικές Γραφές, whose symbols were as shapes identical to the 17 at least out of 24 letters of the Greek Alphabet. Evans in his work Scripta Minoa formulated, he first, doubts about the truth of the theory that the Greeks received writing from the Phoenicians, expressing at the same time the scientific suspicion that the opposite probably happened.

Doubts about the non-priority of the Phoenicians over the Greeks in the discovery of writing became certainty, when Professor Paul Faure, international authority on Prehistoric Archaeology, published in the American Archaeological Journal, of Indiana University Press, Nestor (year 16, 1989, p. 2288) communication, in which he cites and deciphers signs of Greek Linear Writing, found in excavations on the cyclopean wall of Pilikata in Ithaca and dated by modern methods to 2700 B.C. The language of the signs is Greek and Faure's decipherment phonetically rendered the syllabic text as follows: A]RE-DA-TI. DA-MI-U-A-. A-TE-NA-KA-NA-RE(fight)-THE. This vocal performance is translated, according to the French professor always :«Ιδού τι εγώ η Αρεδάτις δίδω εις την άνασσαν, Aunt Rean:100 goat, 10 sheep, 3 pigs". Thus Faure proved, ότι οι Έλληνες έγραφαν και μιλούσαν Ελληνικά τουλάχιστον 1400 χρόνια πριν από την εμφάνιση των Φοινίκων και της γραφής τους στην ιστορία.

Αλλά οι αρχαιολογικές ανασκαφές στον Ελληνικό χώρο την τελευταία 12ετία απέδωσαν και άλλες πολλές και μεγάλες εκπλήξεις: The Greeks wrote not only their syllabic Linear A and B Scripts but also a type of writing identical to that of the Alphabet from at least 6000 BC. Indeed in Dispelio, in the waters of the lake of Kastoria, Professor G. Khourmouziadis discovered an inscribed tablet with writing almost identical to the alphabet, which was dated by modern radiocarbon methods (C14) and of optical thermoluminescence at 5250 B.C.

Three years later the curator of Prehistoric and Classical Antiquities N. Samson, ανασκάπτοντας το “Cave of Cyclops” of the deserted island of Giura Alonissos (Βόρειες Σποράδες), discovered fragments of vessels (“shells”) με γράμματα πανομοιότυπα με εκείνα του σημερινού Ελληνικού Αλφαβήτου, τα οποία χρονολογήθηκαν με τις ίδιες μεθόδους στο 5500 – 6000 B.C. The same archaeologist conducting it 1995 excavations in Milos, discovered “Proto-Cycladic vessels” of the middle of the 3rd millennium BC, which bore identically the letters of the Greek Alphabet X,N,M,K,X,P,THE,Ε. It's obvious, that these archaeological discoveries not only already gave the character of the comedian to the so-called “Phoenician Theory” about the discovery of writing, but they overturn the entire official dating of Greek History, as it is taught, but also the official world History of Civilization.

2. THE “almost” mathematical proof.

But parallel to the demolition of its paper edifice “Phoenician” alphabet with the help of the archaeological hoe, a new overwhelming element also emerged, which was offered to us by the priest 20 years of modest and quiet study of the Greek Language and Scripture by a great researcher, Elias L. Chatsomoiro, which was unfortunately lost on 19 December 1991, but since he managed to finish, a few months before his untimely death, his radical research "History of the Genesis of the Greek Language – From Helopus the Predator to the age of Zeus- The Decoding of the Greek Alphabet".

In his research this, proved marvelously, that each letter of the Greek Alphabet contains a fixed code meaning, which he introduces literally or metaphorically as a partial meaning in the general meaning of every Greek word to which it belongs. So eventually every (ancient) Greek word is a quasi-acronym [such as e.g. D(months) Ε(treatment) THE(electrism): PPC], where each letter (depending on the position it occupies in the order of the letters of the word) gives an important or less important semantic element of it and all together give the logical definition of the concept expressed by the word. It is noted here, that her “difference notice” of meaning is usually given by the arctic letter.

There is certainly no room here, to present the code meanings of the letters of the Greek Alphabet as a whole, as analyzed in this revolutionary discovery in the field of the study of human speech. But indicatively I will choose only one of them 24 our letters, the u or Y (since this is also considered as “representatively Greek”, Y Greacum in the so-called “Latin” Alphabet, which is nothing more than a variant of Greek, of Chalkida). So the highest, as its shape shows, has the code meaning of cavity or (inverted) convexity and it introduces it into the meanings of the Greek words that contain it – and cat’ expansion, sometimes, and the importance of fluids (which by natural flow end up and fill the cavity).

First, I mention some names of vessels and liquids such as: kot-Y-li, go-Y-ttos, tr-Y-blion, p-y-xis, amphora-Y-s, b-Y-tion, lamp, pre-Y-s, ske-Yos etc. – all with the meaning of hollow object, αλλά και πλείστες άλλες λέξεις όπως κ-Υ-ησις (convexity of the pregnant woman's abdomen), wave (convexity or depression in the surface of the sea), crypt (ground cavity), Sub (the intention: κοιλότητα κάτω από μία στάθμη ή επίπεδο), Ultra (the intention: κυρτότητα πάνω από μία στάθμη ή επίπεδο=Υ-ψος), all words that have as their first compounds the prepositions Y-po and Y-per, numbering in the hundreds, but also thousands of others. This genius discovery, which unfortunately the official science on 8 years still to “ignores”, although it is a continuation and completion of the forgotten Platonic approach to the problem of language (“Cratylus”):

1. Dispels the theory for good, that the Greek Language came from another (the alleged “Indo-European”), since it turns out to be the world's only non-conventional language, that is, the only language that exhibits a causal relationship between its signifier (word) and of its signifier (of the thing the word names).

2. Cat’ επέκτασιν αποδεικνύει, ότι είναι η πρώτη και η μόνη δημιουργηθείσα γλώσσα του ανθρωπίνου είδους, από την παραφθορά της οποίας απέρρευσαν οι συμβατικές γλώσσες (that is, those where there is an acausal relationship between signifier and signified), as are all the other languages ​​of the planet without exception.

3. It proves beyond reasonable doubt, that the Alphabet was made by the Greeks, to perform with their codes 24 or 27 letters the meanings of the Greek words – and only these.

4. It shows comparatively, that the symbols of the Phoenician script and their names ("aleph" = ox, "beth"=hut, "gimel"=camel etc.) not only do they not include code names, but they contract or refer to primitive animal states.

C) The passage of Herodotus

All ancient Greek authors mentioned in the Alphabet (“Letters”, as they called it), they consider it an ancient Greek invention (of Prometheus, of Palamedes, of Linus etc.). His theory “Phoenician” Alphabetou has always been and still is based by its supporters on an exception to this rule. This exception is a passage from Herodotus, which he presents as his personal opinion ("as it seems to me" = as it seems to me…), which he formed, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, "resurgent" (=getting information from others). But let us look at the text of Herodotus (“History, E 58”):

«58.Οι δε Φοίνικες ούτοι οι συν Κάδμω απικόμενοι τών ήσαν Γεφυραίοι άλλα τε πολλά οικήσαντες ταύτην την χώρην εισήγαγον διδασκάλια ες τους Έλληνας και δη και γράμματα, There was no Greek before as I do, at first, the same and everyone owes Phoenices; then, in the coming time, if they change the voice and the rhythm of the letters".

[58.And those Phoenicians, who together with Cadmus arrived, including the Gefyraios, και σε πολλά άλλα μέρη κατοικήσαντες την χώραν αυτήν εισήγαγαν και τέχνες (new or unknown) to the Greeks and even (some) writing, which was not known before to the Greeks, καθώς εγώ νομίζω, πρώτα αυτήν την γραφή την οποίαν και όλοι οι Φοίνικες μεταχειρίζονται· μετά όμως με την πάροδο του χρόνου (the Phoenixes) they changed with the language (their) and this type of writing.]

Στο απόσπασμα αυτό το σημαντικότερο είναι, that in the critical phrase ("if they change the voice and the rhythm of the letters") is revealed, that the Phoenicians – Bridgers, who went to Boeotia with Cadmus, they brought some of their writing from Phoenicia, but as the Phoenicians changed their language (that is, they have already learned Greek), they changed their writing too (that is, they wrote with the ancient Greek script existing in Boeotia). So in this statement of Herodotus the translators give the meaning, ότι οι ντόπιοι Έλληνες Βοιωτοί και όχι οι Φοίνικες μετανάστες άλλαξαν τη δική τους γλώσσα και γραφή και υιοθέτησαν τη φοινικική!

Στη γενικά ασυνάρτητη αυτή αναφορά στον Αλφάβητο, as rescued, είναι προφανείς και οι παρεμβάσεις-αλλοιώσεις που ακολουθούν στο κείμενο και που διαπράχθηκαν άγνωστο από ποιούς και πότε. Αλλά ας δούμε την ύποπτη συνέχεια του κειμένου, as it arrived’ us:

«Περιοίκεον δε σφέας τα πολλά των χώρων τούτον τον χρόνον Ελλήνων Ίωνες οι παραλαβόντες διδαχή παρά των Φοινίκων τα γράμματα, sphere reformers little charge, charged, they did not arrive, ώσπερ και το δίκαιον έφερε εισαγαγόντων Φοινίκων ες την Ελλάδα, Phenicia is called.

This reference, κατά των Η. Chatsomoiro (“Torch”, v. 118), ότι δηλαδή εκ των Ελλήνων οι Ίωνες, οι κατοικούντες πέριξ των Φοινίκων παρέλαβαν τη Φοινικική γραφή και λίγα γράμματά της μεταχειρίζονταν, after they modified them, και χάριν του δικαίου, because the Phoenicians introduced them to Greece, τα ονόμασαν Φοινικικά, αποτελεί κραυγαλέα αντίφαση και συνεπώς πρόκειται για πλαστή υποπαράγραφο, supposedly explanatory, η οποία σκοπεύει να καταστήσει αβαρή την προηγηθείσα πληροφορία «άμα τη φωνή μετέβαλλον και τον ρυθμόν των γραμμάτων». And yet the “Phoenician Theory” θεμελιώθηκε εξ ολοκλήρου και συντηρείται πάνω στο θεμέλιο της προφανούς αυτής πλαστογραφίας.

THE “Phoenician Theory” established in Europe at a time when, όπως γράφει ο διαπρεπής σύγχρονος Άγγλος κλασσικός φιλόλογος S.G.Rembroke (“The Legacy of Greece, ed. Oxford University Press, 1984), «στους Φοίνικες γενικά εδίδετο ένας ρόλος ενδιαμέσων», που ξέφευγε από οιαδήποτε πληροφορία της ιστορίας, ένας ρόλος δηλαδή μεταφορέων της σοφίας και του πολιτισμού του περιουσίου λαού του Ισραήλ στους απολίτιστους λαούς και δη στους Έλληνες. Και καταλήγουμε εμείς: Then Hellenism, ευρισκόμενος από άποψη εθνικής αυτοσυνειδησίας σε κωματώδη πνευματική κατάσταση και από άποψη ιστορικής αυτογνωσίας σε αφασία, ήταν εντελώς ανίκανος να υπερασπισθεί την ιστορία του και τον πολιτισμό του, and for’ αυτό δεν αντιδρούσε και δεν μπορούσε να αντιδράσει.
