Ένα ορόσημο στην ιστορία της τεχνολογίας -και πιθανώς ένα τέλος εποχής- σηματοδοτεί το γεγονός ότι τα Windows της Microsoft έπαψαν πλέον να είναι το κυρίαρχο λειτουργικό σύστημα στον κόσμο.
According to internet analytics company StatCounter, for the first time, Google's Android surpassed - even if only marginally- Windows and it is now the most popular operating system in the world, considering its total online usage across all devices (desktop and laptop computers, tablets, mobile phones).
In March of 2017, Android's international share of internet usage reached the 37,93% against 37,91% of Windows.
"This development marks the end of Microsoft's dominance in the global operating system market, which he has owned since his decade 1980. It also shows how much progress Android has made, which five years ago had a share of just 2.4%", StatCounter CEO Aodan Cullen said.

Χρησιμοποιήστε το κινητό τηλέφωνο λογικά και για σύντομες κλήσεις και μην επιτρέπετε να τηλεφωνούν παιδιά κάτω των 12 years.   Τα παραπάνω περιλαμβάνονται στους κανόνες ασφαλούς χρήσης της ασύρματης επικοινωνίας, τις οποίες εξέδωσε ο Ιατρικός Σύλλογος της Αθήνας (ΙΣΑ). Οι οδηγίες ανακοινώθηκαν στο πλαίσιο ημερίδας, με θέμα ‘Μη Ιονίζουσα Ακτινοβολία και οι Πιθανές Επιπτώσεις της στην Υγεία’, η οποία πραγματοποιήθηκε το Σάββατο από τον ΙΣΑ. Σύμφωνα με τις τοποθετήσεις ειδικών επιστημόνων, οι χρήστες κινητών τηλεφώνων και ασύρματων δικτύων πρέπει να προσέχουν τα εξής: Να μην έχουν το κινητό σε επαφή με το κεφάλι. Να μην κάνουν χρήση κινητού στο αυτοκίνητο, στο τρένο, στο αεροπλάνο ή στον ανελκυστήρα. Χρήση κινητού δεν πρέπει να γίνεται όταν υπάρχουν σε κοντινή απόσταση μικρά παιδιά και έγκυες.   Το κινητό πρέπει να μένει μακριά από το σώμα και όταν χρησιμοποιείται να είναι σε απόσταση από τους άλλους. Δεν πρέπει να τοποθετείται στην τσέπη, ενώ τη νύχτα καλό είναι να κλείνει και να απενεργοποιείται το ασύρματο δίκτυο (Wi-Fi). Mην παίζετε παιχνίδια στο κινητό τηλέφωνο σε online σύνδεση. Βάλτε το σε καθεστώς αεροπορικού ταξιδιού (airplane mode).   Τα ασύρματα δίκτυα (Wi-Fi) εκθέτουν σε ακτινοβολία μικροκυμάτων. Περιoρίστε το Wi-Fi και κάντε χρήση σταθερής – ενσύρματης σύνδεσης. Οταν το σήμα του κινητού δεν είναι καλό, μην τηλεφωνείτε. Αν έχετε πρόσβαση σε σταθερή γραμμή, κάντε χρήση αυτής κατά προτεραιότητα.   Απενεργοποιήστε επιλογές Wi-Fi, Bluetooth και Data όταν δεν χρησιμοποιούνται.   Continue at source ...

Some laptops (laptops) they have half or less battery life compared to what their manufacturers promise, according to a study by British consumer organization Which?.

The tests have been taking place since January 2016, and some Acer models were reviewed, of Apple, by Asus, by Dell, of HP, of Lenovo and Toshiba, with each test performed three times on each device.
 The tests carried out showed that only Apple's Macbook Pro actually had the battery life 10 hours promised by its manufacturers- with usage that included watching movies and accessing the internet via wi-fi.
