A lady asked him: «How much is one egg sold for?;»
The poor salesman replied: «0,25€ an egg, lady».
She told him: «I will take 6 eggs for €1.25 or I'll leave».
The poor salesman replied: «Come and get them at the price you want. Maybe that's a good start because I haven't sold a single egg today».
He took the eggs and left feeling like he had won. She took her fancy car and went to a restaurant with her friend. There, they ordered the, what they liked. They ate a little and left a lot of what they ordered. He then went to pay the bill. The bill was €45 ! He gave €50 and asked the restaurant owner to keep the change.
This incident may have seemed quite normal to the owner, but very painful for the poor egg seller.
The point is,
Because we always show that we have power when we buy from the needy; And why do we become generous to those who don't even need our generosity;
I once read somewhere:
“My father used to buy simple goods from poor people at high prices, even though he didn't need them. Sometimes he paid more for them. I was worried about this act and asked him why he is doing it; Then my father answered: “It is charity wrapped in dignity, my child“
I really liked it and blew it, from the social media, for our Reader Friends.

Τα τελευταία χρόνια ολοένα και περισσότεροι αθλητές, ασθενείς και φυσικοθεραπευτές χρησιμοποιούν ταινίες που μοιάζουν με πολύχρωμα αυτοκόλλητα στο σώμα τους (κυρίως σε ώμους, γόνατα, μέση, πήχεις , γάμπες κτλ).
Οι ταινίες αυτές ονομάζονταικινησιοταινίες (Kinesiolοgy tapes, kinesio tape, KTape , kt tape κτλ) και εφαρμόζουν πάνω στο δέρμα με διάφορα οφέλη για ασθενείς και ανθρώπους που ασχολούνται με τοfitness, μερικά απ’ τα οποία σύμφωνα με τη βιβλιογραφία θα αναφέρουμε παρακάτω:
a) Ελαφράστήριξηκαι υποστήριξη των τραυματισμένων μυών και των τενόντων χωρίς όμως να περιορίζεται το εύρος κίνησης (such as e.g. γίνεται με έναν νάρθηκα που περιορίζεται εντελώς το εύρος κίνησης (ROM)).
b) Μείωση τουπόνου (και του χρόνιου) , αφού κατά την εφαρμογή της κινησιοταινίας ανασηκώνεται ελαφρά το δέρμα πάνω απ’ το σημείο του πόνου, με αποτέλεσμα την μείωση της πίεσης που δέχονται οι νεύρο-υποδοχείς κάτω απ’ το δέρμα στο συγκεκριμένο σημείο.
c) Μείωση τουοιδήματοςκαι της φλεγμονής , αφού με τη μείωση της πίεσης στο σημείο, το λεμφικό υγρό διοχετεύεται καλύτερα.
d) Γρηγορότερηαποθεραπείατων υπερ-προπονημένων μυών , αφού μέσω της καλύτερης κυκλοφορίας που επιτυγχάνεται με την χρήση της κινησιοταινίας, αποβάλλονται ευκολότερα και γρηγορότερα τα υποπροϊόντα προπόνησης όπως π.χ. το γαλακτικό οξύ ,που υπάρχουν στους κουρασμένους αυτούς μυς, επιτρέποντας περισσότερο οξυγονωμένο αίμα να περάσει με αποτέλεσμα την αναζωογόνησή τους.
e) Καλύτερηαιμάτωσητοπικά και άρα αποτροπή των μυϊκών σπασμών και κραμπών.
Την ώρα που ο αθλητής φοράει τις κινησιοταινίες μπορεί να εκτελέσει κανονικά το ασκησεολόγιο του μελαστιχα γυμναστικης , βάρη-βαράκια , κολύμπι, τρέξιμο, μασάζ etc.
