The curator of the exhibition, Louiza Karapidakis, notes about it: "Marios Camhi's iconography is characterized by a peculiar expressiveness with amazing detailed references, which absorbs the viewer's gaze and urges him to a second reading. Everything is fantastic but everything seems experienced and familiar. In his curated design illustrations, he tends to express himself more with the juxtaposition of black and white volumes and gives a decisive but complementary role to color. The multiple pictorial thematic associations with the skillful gradations of proportions, from the small human scale to monumental building dimensions, they convey a special dynamic to his painting.
