Toyota has come out to deny rumors that the long-awaited all-electric version of the RAV 4EV will only be available to a limited portion of buyers. The Japanese company made it clear that the RAV 4EV will be available for sale to all its customers, while also recording the great interest in this particular model.

Toyota is also preparing a second purely electric model for the 2012 codenamed Scion iQ EV this will only be available at 'car sharing' companies.
