Death In Vegas is the expressive vehicle of the genius musician / DJ / producer, Richard Fearless. They started their career in the mid 90's and developed into one of the best known and most popular names on the British scene.
Combining electro, dub, rock, soul, psychedelia and experimentation, they created a unique sound, often eerie and dark that, Nevertheless, managed to keep up with the pop-mainstream, especially with the albums "The Contino Sessions" (1999) and “Scorpio Rising” (2002).
They have collaborated with huge names in the world music scene – Iggy Pop, Liam Gallagher (Oasis), Bobby Gillespie (Primal Scream), Jim Reid (The Jesus And Mary Chain), Hope Sandoval (Mazzy Star), Dot Allison – and late 2011 they returned to the discography with their latest album, “Trans-Love Energies”.
In this, Fearless returns to its roots, drawing on the minimal-techno that was the driving force behind the Detroit and Chicago scene. Sure, the sound is modern and the atmosphere, as always, unique.
