Awarded for his contribution to the "Hope" club

The man of the year award was given to Sakis Rouvas in Cyprus and the singer could not hide his emotion.

He thanked from the bottom of his heart those who awarded him for his contribution to the club "Hope" for children with cancer.

"It is very important for me to receive this award in Cyprus from people who know well what difficulty means… I understand that you don't want to reward me but the offer.. », he stated.

However , as he said, he would rather not be there receiving such an award because it means there are children suffering in hospitals. So do their parents.
