This year, theInternational Pencil Music Festival it was special. The restrictions imposed by the pandemic acted as a challenge for the organizing committee, wherepresented a venture different from that of previous years.
The theme of this year's festival was "Synchronicity”, "Synchronization", symbolizing the idea that themusic it can transcend the boundaries of time and space to send a message of strength, hope and unity.
