The bill of the Ministry of Health brings significant changes to the primary care system. By June, the first ones are created 60 health units in 65 urban centers.
With 239 new outpatient care structures in the urban environment and 1.300 new family doctors, the establishment of Primary Health Care is being attempted. With this intervention, the relief of hospital outpatient clinics is sought, where they flock annually 5,5 millions of people. Simple health conditions, they will now be treated away from hospitals, from neighborhood doctors, who will know the history of the citizens. The above is provided for in a draft law of the Ministry of Health, which was released for consultation yesterday. A new action by the United States against Syria will not go unanswered, Iran's Defense Minister Hossein Deghan warned today, after talking earlier, separately, with his Russian and Syrian counterparts.   Iran, a close ally of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, has strongly criticized US missile strikes against a Syrian regime airbase, last week. "The American people will have to pay a high price if they repeat their action and know that their action will not go unanswered" Degan warned in a phone call with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.   The Iranian minister also accused the Americans of lying when they say they want to "fight terrorists".   "Instead of bombing (s.s. the terrorists), they are bombing the Syrian army and the Syrian people. The front of resistance (s.s. Iran, Syria, Hezbollah and their allies) will continue to fight resolutely against terrorists, against the will of the Americans", he added.   According to the announcement posted on the ministry's website, Degan also spoke with his Syrian counterpart, Fahd al-Freij. Both referred to "strengthening their cooperation to intensify their operations against terrorists". With the term "terrorists" Iran labels all armed groups fighting the Assad regime.   The two ministers also called for the establishment of a "truth commission" to investigate what happened and "show the truth, against the false claims of the Americans" for the chemical weapons attack on Khan Seihun.
