With
much to my surprise and anger, the Elementary School History book
(Δ΄Τάξη), approved by the Ministry of Education, in 14 page, says
directly that our alphabet, the Greek, it is not Greek, but
Phoenician!
After the first shock,which I accepted in the classroom before
a few years when I was still teaching, I begged the children, to think whether
can such a thing be true.
How can a civilization later than the Greeks lend instead of borrow;
How
can a culture that offered nothing of the seven
wonders of antiquity, disbanded and no longer exists, to give Light
to the Photodotes Hellenes;
How could Homer have written both
world-renowned and far-reaching works of the Iliad and the Odyssey itself
chronological period, in Greek language but with a borrowed alphabet, the
at a time when the Phoenicians have nothing to show for it, or at least
subordinate;
How can they and what brainless people do it,
to put Greek children and their teachers, to teach and to
taught by…of their birth that..they are not..Greeks;
Then I quote the,what evidence I have been able to find is positive and comforting:
A. What is the Phoenician Alphabet?.
According to
Linguistics as “alphabet” defined the “set of symbols with certain
order and order, which serve to render the elementals
photongos of a language, with the restriction that each pair corresponds
a’ a single symbol and vice versa". In alphabetical writing therefore
(that is, the writing of the peoples of Europe, of America, of Australia
but also other regions of the planet) each letter yields one
elementary sound.
This does not apply to its imperfections
alphabetic syllabic writings, in which each symbol yields one
syllable (two or more sounds-tones), such as e.g. at
syllabic Greek scripts Linear A and B a symbol renders the
syllable – Mr (k+o), another symbol the syllable po (p+o) coke. At
Phoenician writing (which has only consonants and no vowels), στα
few surviving samples of it, the situation is still “worse”,
since each of its symbols does not even yield a specific one
syllable, but different, which their reading is left to
“inspiration” of the reader. So e.g. a consonant can be read as
Whew, boo, come in, bi, bo etc., or some other as gu, ga, bro, gosh
etc. Therefore, the Phoenician script is not only not an alphabet,
but it is not even a sophisticated syllabic script, of the grade
perfection of the corresponding Greek.
And it is indeed
amazing fact, that has been established in science by
lately 150 years about the contradictory term “Phoenician alphabet”,
in order for a script that has nothing to do with the alphabet.
And even more incredible is the imposition of scientific dogma,
that the Greek alphabet came from the Phoenician, which not only
it is not an alphabet, but it is a more imperfect writing than the Greek
Linear Scripts A and B. For these reasons according to recently
late president of the Society of Greek Philologists Univ. Georguntzo o
characterization given by professor G. Babiniotis in Phoenician
writing “quasi-syllabic alphabet” (;!) is rejected and must
replaced with the rectus “purely contracted syllabary” system
writing (see Univ. Georgiuntzou, The Greek Invention Alphabet:
his article in Davlos magazine, issue. 142, October 1993, p.
8242).
B) The Greekness of the alphabet.
1. The archaeological evidence
THE
theory that the Alphabet is an invention of the Phoenicians was kept out
of others arguing that certain symbols of the Phoenician script
they look like the letters of the alphabet, B.C. the A(alef) is
inverted or italicized Greek A etc. This argument
seemed strong so far 100 years old, when linguists and the
historians even claimed that the Greeks did not know writing before him
800 e.g.!
Around the 1900 but Arthur Evans excavated
the Greek Minoan Crete and discovered the Greek Lines
Scriptures, whose symbols were as shapes identical to the 17
at least out of 24 letters of the Greek Alphabet. With data
that: a) the most ancient examples of these Greek writings (Linear A
and B), which were subsequently also discovered in Pylos, in Mycenae,
in Menidi, in Thebes, but also further north, to the line of the Danube
and they dated then before the 1500 B.C. and b) the Phoenixes and the
their writing appear in the story not before the 1300 B.C. Evans
in his work Scripta Minoa he formulated, he first, doubts about her
truth of the theory that the Greeks received writing from the Phoenicians,
expressing at the same time the scientific suspicion that it probably happened the
opposite.
Doubts about the non-priority of
Phoenicians versus the Greeks in the discovery of writing were made
certainty, when Professor Paul Faure, its international authority
of Prehistoric Archaeology, published in the American Archaeological
magazine, of Indiana University Press, Nestor (year 16,
1989, p. 2288) communication, in which he quotes and deciphers
signs of Greek Linear Writing, found in excavations at
cyclopean wall of the Pilicas of Ithaca and dated to
modern methods in 2700 B.C. The language of the signs is Greek
and Faure's decipherment rendered the syllabic text phonetically
as follows: A]RE-DA-TI. DA-MI-U-A-. A-TE-NA-KA-NA-RE(fight)-THE. The vocal
this rendering is translated, according to the French professor always :“Here's what
I, Aredatis, give her breath, Aunt Rean:100 goat, 10
sheep, 3 pigs". Thus Faure proved, that the Greeks wrote and
they spoke at least Greek 1400 years before the appearance of
Phoenicians and their writing in history.
But the
archaeological excavations in the Greek area in the last 12 years
they yielded many other big surprises: The Greeks wrote no
only their syllabic Linear A and B Scriptures but also a genre
writing identical to that of the Alphabet at least from
6000B.C. Indeed in Dispelio, in the waters of her lake
Kastoria, Professor G. Hourmouziadis discovered an inscribed plaque
with writing almost identical to the alphabet, which was dated with the
modern methods of radioactive carbon (C14) and optics
thermoluminescence at 5250 B.C.
Three years later the
rector of Prehistoric and Classical Antiquities N. Samson, excavating
the “Cave of Cyclops” of the deserted island of Giura Alonissos (North
Sporades), discovered fragments of vessels (“shells”) with letters
identical to those of today's Greek Alphabet, which
were dated by the same methods at 5500 – 6000 B.C. The same
archaeologist conducting it 1995 excavations in Milos, discovered
“Proto-Cycladic vessels” of the middle of the 3rd millennium BC, which they brought
identical letters of the Greek Alphabet X,N,M,K,X,P,THE,Ε.
It's obvious, that these archaeological discoveries not only
they already gave the character of the comedian to the so-called “Phoenician
Theory” about the discovery of writing, but they topple from their pedestals
the entire official dating of Greek History, like her
is taught, but also the official world History of Civilization.
2. THE “almost” mathematical proof.
But
parallel to the demolition of its paper building
“Phoenician” alphabet with the help of the archaeological hoe,
a new overwhelming element also emerged, which was offered to us by the priest 20
years of modest and quiet study of the Greek Language and Scripture by
a great researcher, Elias L. Chatsomoiro, which was unfortunately lost on
19 December 1991, but since he managed to finish, few months
before his untimely death, his radical research “History
Genesis of the Greek Language – From the missing predator to the
age of Zeus- The Decoding of the Greek Alphabet".
In
his research, proved marvelously, that every letter of
Greek Alphabet contains a fixed code meaning, which
introduces literally or metaphorically as a particular concept into the general
meaning of each Greek word to which it belongs. So eventually every
(ancient) Greek word is a quasi-acronym [such as e.g.
D(months) Ε(treatment) THE(electrism): PPC], where each letter (depending on
the position it occupies in the order of the letters of the word) gives one
important or less important semantic element of it and all together
they give the logical definition of the meaning expressed by the word. It is noted
here, that her “difference notice” of meaning usually gives the arctic
letter.
There is certainly no room here, to present
the code meanings of the letters of the Greek Alphabet in
all of them, as analyzed in this revolutionary discovery in
field of study of human speech. But as an example I will choose one
only from 24 our letters, the u or Y (since this is also considered as
“representatively Greek”, Y Greacum in the so-called “Latin” Alphabet,
which is nothing more than a variant of Greek, of Chalkida). The
so high, as its shape shows, has the code meaning
of the cavity or (inverted) the convexity and it introduces to
meanings of the Greek words that contain it – and cat’ expansion,
sometimes, and the importance of fluids (which by natural flow end up
and fill the cavity).
I will mention a few first
names of vessels and liquids such as: kot-Y-li, go-Y-ttos, tr-Y-blion,
p-y-xis, amphora-Y-s, b-Y-tion, lamp, pre-Y-s, ske-Yos etc. – all
with the meaning of hollow object, but also most other words
like k-Y-hisis (convexity of the pregnant woman's abdomen), wave
(convexity or depression in the surface of the sea), crypt
(ground cavity), Sub (the intention: cavity below a level or
level), Ultra (the intention: convexity above one level or
level=H-height), all words that have as their first compounds the
prepositions Y-po and Y-per, numbering in the hundreds, but also
thousands more. This genius discovery, which unfortunately
official science on 8 years still to “ignores”, although it constitutes
continuation and completion of his forgotten Platonic approach
language problem (“Cratylus”):
1. Dissolves permanently
the theory, that the Greek Language came from another (the alleged
“Indo-European”), since it turns out to be the only unconventional one
language of the world, that is, the only language that presents a causal relationship
between her signifier (word) and of its signifier (of
of thing the word names).
2. Cat’ expansion
proves, that it is his first and only created language
human kind, from the corruption of which flowed the
conventional languages (that is, those where there is a non-causal relationship between
signifier and signified), as are all the others without exception
languages of the world.
3. It proves against inadmissibility
no reasonable dispute way, that the Alphabet was made by the Greeks,
to perform with their codes 24 or 27 letters the meanings of
Greek words – and only these.
4. It shows
comparatively, that the symbols of the Phoenician script and their names
("aleph" = ox, "beth"=hut, "gimel"=camel etc.) not only no
include code names, but contract or refer to
primitive animal states.
C) The passage of Herodotus
All
the ancient Greek authors mentioned in the Alphabet
(“Letters”, as they called it), they consider it an ancient Greek invention
(of Prometheus, of Palamedes, of Linus etc.). His theory “Phoenician”
Alphabetou has always been and is still supported by
its supporters in an exception to this rule. This exception
is a passage from Herodotus, which he himself presents as
his personal opinion ("as it seems to me" = as it seems to me…), her

the voice changed and the rhythm of the letters") is revealed, that

Phoenician!
In this generally incoherent reference to
Alphabet, as rescued, are also obvious
interventions-alterations that follow in the text and that were committed
unknown by whom and when. But let's look at its suspicious sequel
text, as it arrived’ us:

we conclude: Then Hellenism, located from a national point of view
of self-consciousness in a comatose mental state and in terms of
of historical self-awareness in aphasia, he was completely unable to defend himself
its history and its culture, and for’ this didn't react either
he could not react.
