Audi : 5θυρο A1 Sportback

Το μικρότερο μοντέλο της Audi απέκτησε ένα πιο πρακτικό αδελφάκι, το Sportback, το οποίο έχει ελαφρώς μεγαλύτερους χώρους αλλά και πίσω πόρτες.
Σχεδιαστικά η νέα έκδοση δεν έχει διαφορές από την τρίθυρη. Το μήκος και το μεταξόνιο του A1 Sportback είναι επίσης ίδια, όμως το πλάτος και το ύψος είναι λίγο αυξημένα και οι επιβάτες έχουν στη διάθεσή τους περίπου 1 cm παραπάνω για το κεφάλι και τους ώμους. Στη βασική του έκδοση το A1 Sportback θα προσφέρεται με δύο πίσω καθίσματα, όμως προαιρετικά θα υπάρχει η δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης τριών καθισμάτων χωρίς επιπρόσθετη χρέωση. The luggage compartment has volume 270 lt και φθάνει μέχρι τα 920 lt με τα πίσω καθίσματα αναδιπλωμένα.
Το A1 Sportback θα διατίθεται με τρεις κινητήρες βενζίνης (1.2 TFSI με 86 PS, 1.4 TFSI με 122 PS and 185 PS) και τρεις πετρελαίου (1.6 TDI με 90 PS and 105 PS and 2.0 TDI με 143 PS).
Το κιβώτιο S-Tronic επτά σχέσεων συνδυάζεται στάνταρ με τον κινητήρα των 185 PS και προαιρετικά με τα σύνολα 1.4 TFSI (122 PS) and 1.6 TDI (90 PS).
To λανσάρισμα του A1 Sportback στην ευρωπαϊκή αγορά είναι προγραμματισμένο για την άνοιξη του 2012.

"Swan Lake" at the Concert Hall

Dance stars starring on the world's biggest stages, from the Mariinsky, the Kremlin, Covent Garden, the Paris Opera, the American Ballet Theatre, the English National Ballet, το Κρατικό Μπαλέτο του Βερολίνου φθάνουν στην Αθήνα με σκοπό να σαγηνεύσουν τους μικρούς και μεγάλους φίλους του κλασικού μπαλέτου. 
Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's classic masterpiece, "Swan Lake" rises from the 16 up to 23 December and in the heart of Christmas from the 25 until 30 December, for twenty-two performances (afternoons and evenings) in the "Alexandra Trianti" hall of the Megaros Musikis.

Honor in memory of Iakovos Campanellis

"The road passes through" at the Art Theatre
The Art Theater at 70 years of operation, wanting to honor the memory of Iakovos Campanellis, -author who closely connected his creation with the specific theater- chooses to stage as the opening play of the theater season 2011-2012, the project "The road passes through", directed by Diagoras Chronopoulos.
Written it 1990, is one of the most important and mature works of the great dramatist. Through one, apparently, simple story, Campanellis artfully outlines a conflicting field of principles and values, a battle between a fragile world that leaves and another that comes ruthless, uneducated. In his characters, who are perhaps the most humane and "human" characters of modern Greek drama, they are dominated by the bearer of the old values ​​on the one hand, hooked on the past and clinging to the memories of another era, old bourgeois and on the other hand the layman, self-made New Greek, who, like a true climber, reduces everything- people and memories- in marketable items for exploitation and trivial disposal. The battle between them is inevitable but the "Road" will eventually pass through them, leveling that they themselves struggled to defend.
Contemporary work that portrays in the most theatrical way a world that grew up with the dream of the "rapture" only to end up lost, confused and "frustrated" in streets and squares.
The distribution of the work allows the coexistence of old and new actors of the Art Theater, giving the project a particularly symbolic weight while raising it to the historical Underground, in which Iakovos Kampanellis became a man and flourished, it provides a magical meeting of yesterday and today.

Η οικογένεια Prius της Toyota διευρύνεται προς τα κάτω και το νέο Prius c, με compact διαστάσεις και ξεχωριστό design, υπόσχεται ότι θα προσφέρει εξαιρετικά χαμηλή οικονομία κίνησης.
Επενδύοντας όλο και περισσότερο στην υβριδική τεχνολογία, η Toyota μας αποκαλύπτει το νέο Prius c. Πρόκειται για το μικρότερο μοντέλο της οικογένειας Prius, το οποίο θα διατεθεί στην Ιαπωνία στα τέλη Δεκεμβρίου, ενώ στις Η.Π.Α. και την Ευρώπη θα το δούμε από τα μέσα του 2012 και αργότερα. Οι διαστάσεις του (length: 3,995 m., width: 1,695 m., μεταξόνιο: 2,55 m.) το τοποθετούν στη μικρή κατηγορία και ειδικότερα, λίγο πιο πάνω από το Toyota Yaris (+100 mm. σε μήκος και μεταξόνιο, ίδιο πλάτος). By design, το αμάξωμα του Prius c διατηρεί αρκετές ομοιότητες με αυτό του γνωστού μας Prius (κυρίως στο εμπρόσθιο τμήμα, στα τόξα της οροφής και στα παράθυρα), με το τελικό αποτέλεσμα να κρίνεται αρκετά μοντέρνο και ξεχωριστό.
Με νέο υβριδικό σύστημα κίνησης
Το νέο Toyota Prius c θα φέρει ένα νέο και μικρότερο υβριδικό σύστημα κίνησης σε σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα μοντέλα της οικογένειας Prius. Το σύστημα αυτό θα αποτελείται από έναν βενζινοκινητήρα 1,5 liter (απόδοση 74 horses) και έναν ισχυρό ηλεκτροκινητήρα 61 horses. Η συνδυαστική απόδοση του συστήματος αναμένεται να βρίσκεται στους 100 horsepower, αν και η Toyota δεν έχει ανακοινώσει ακόμη το ακριβές νούμερο. In everything,τι αφορά στην κατανάλωση, με βάση τις Ιαπωνικές – και διαφορετικές από τις Ευρωπαϊκές – προδιαγραφές και μετρήσεις, η μέση τιμή της θα βρίσκεται στα 2,8 lt./100 km. Το νούμερο αυτό είναι εντυπωσιακά χαμηλό, όμως σε ό,τι αφορά στα Ευρωπαϊκά Prius c, αναμένεται να είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερο. Περισσότερα θα γνωρίζουμε από την επόμενη χρονιά, όταν και η Toyota θα δώσει πιο πολλά στοιχεία για το μικρότερο Prius. Είναι δεδομένο πάντως, ότι το Prius c όταν λανσαριστεί, θα είναι το φθηνότερο υβριδικό στη γκάμα της εταιρείας.

Manos’ s: Manos Hadjidakis meets jazz at Pallas

The Pallas Theater presents the quintet of Dimitris Kalantzis and the Camerata-Orchestra of Friends of Music under the direction of Miltos Logiadis in a musical evening entitled "Manos's", on Monday 21 November 2011.
 Five virtuoso jazzmen and a classical music orchestra rediscover the jazz version of the most cosmopolitan Greek composer at the Pallas theater.
 The quintet of Dimitris Kalantzis and the Camerata – Orchestra of Friends of Music conducted by Miltos Logiadis, they improvise on compositions by Manos Hadjidakis.
 An active musical encounter that arises spontaneously through free thinking and improvisation, in complete harmony with M.'s way of working and thinking. Hadjidaki. From the transcendent mood, with which Dimitris Kalantzis and Yiannis Antonopoulos bent over the scores of Manos' favorite melodies, as the naturalness with which the group's flexible rhythmic base communicates with the graceful and harmonious string musicians of Camerata, imparting to us the joy of music.
