The concept of responsibility is of paramount importance, as is the concept of a responsible and democratic citizen, not only nowadays, but also over time in our discussions about Democracy. Democracy is the hardest state because it presupposes, to make it work, these very concepts.
In a society that is constantly shaken by shocks in the economy, in human relations and values, each of us is called upon to remain steadfast in our democratic beliefs, in his self-determination individually and at the same time socially, but also to adapt to the needs of the times.
