28 April 2020 ΙΩΑΝΝΑ ΧΡΥΣΟΧΟΪΔΟΥ, ΜΙΑ ΜΑΜΑ-ΛΙΟΝΤΑΡΙ.

Όταν ζήτησα στην Ιωάννα να μιλήσουμε για τη Δεσποινούλα της που έχει σύνδρομο Down, μου απάντησε με απόλυτη φυσικότητα και περηφάνια ότι είναι έτοιμη να μιλήσει και για τα τρία της παιδιά, όπως και έγινε.

Δεν σου κρύβω ότι όση ώρα κάνω την απομαγνητοφώνηση σκέφτομαι πώς θα μπορούσα να σου μεταφέρω τις…σοφίες της. Πολύ φοβάμαι ότι δεν είναι εφικτό. Πώς να σου πω ότι στην άλλη άκρη της γραμμής είχα έναν άνθρωπο με δύναμη λιονταριού; Με ακλόνητο ψυχικό σθένος; Με σοκαριστική ενσυναίσθηση;  Πώς να σε πείσω ότι μιλούσα δύο ώρες με μια ηρωίδα μάνα, που δεν έχει ιδέα της ηρωικότητάς της (και θα μου ζητήσει να το σβήσω από τον πρόλογο, αλλά δεν θα το κάνω!!!); Πώς να σου εξηγήσω ότι είμαστε αχάριστοι που σκαλώνουμε στην πρώτη δυσκολία, ενώ εκείνη έχει μάθει πια να τις μετατρέπει σε ευκαιρίες; 

Για το μόνο που είμαι σίγουρη και θα μοιραστώ μαζί σου με πάσα ειλικρίνεια είναι ότι η Δέσποινα, ο Αλέξανδρος και η Ζωή δεν είναι τυχαία παιδιά της Ιωάννας και του Μάνου. Λες και κάποια ανώτερη δύναμη- επίτρεψέ μου για μένα να λέγεται «Θεός»- αποφάσισε να κάνει σε όλους τους ένα ξεχωριστό δώρο. Ένα δώρο από αυτά που μπορεί να μην φαίνεται ελκυστικό εξωτερικά, μπορεί να μην έχει πολύχρωμους φιόγκους, ζαχαρωτά και στολίδια, ένα δώρο από αυτά που εγώ κι εσύ μπορεί να μην ξέρουμε να εκτιμάμε, ένα δώρο από αυτά που ομολογουμένως δεν θα επιλέγαμε…

Ένα δώρο, Nevertheless, ζωής. Το δικό τους δώρο.

We are constantly on the lookout for devastating news and conspiracies.
We very easily "chew" and rebroadcast everything that has been served to us.
We see an article title, highly impressive and we hurry to share it,
we don't read in the article, the multitude of, "yes" "but", since, "if" and "will".
Those Friends and Friends, we are of this "practice" we usually do not have for anyone, a good conversation.
We almost always protest and "see" the disaster coming.
Unfortunately for those we describe, not yet wanted, vaccine related to their condition.
They suffer from an emotional virus, Covid-66.

Truly the Lord is Risen, and with this certainty nothing can be the same.
Henceforth our Path is one-way. This changes the way we communicate.
