Today McLaren announced that its new car for the 2012 will take part in the first development test at Jerez, Spain in early February.

Along with Red Bull Racing and Ferrari, McLaren is the third major team announced that its new car will be in the first test on 7-9 February.

Additional, in these tests they have announced that Williams and Sauber are participating, while Mercedes AMG will be missing.
