THE George Theofanous he gave an interview to Proto Thema and Despina Kambouris and talked about his relationship with the great lady of the Greek song Marinella, while he explained why he has a weakness for Eleni Menegaki and what is his opinion about two of the most talked about popular voices of the new generation, Paola and Pantelis Pantelidis.

"I consider Marinella my family. We may talk daily on the phone at 8 in the morning for anything but artistic. About how we make a food, until some very serious advice he can give me in regard to children. I owe her that. I have it saved in “M”, not from “Marinella”, but from the “Mama”said the well-known composer.

Alongside, he said about his preference for Eleni Menegaki over other TV presenters: "In Eleni, I recognize that in all that we will say behind and in front of the cameras or in our meetings at the children's school, he always has a kindness. Not that others are not noble, but Eleni makes me feel comfortable".

End, to Despina Kampouri's question what is the shape she would like to see in winter, the answer of Giorgos Theofanous is surprising: "I like authentic things, like what Vassilis Karras is doing this year with Paola and Pantelis Pantelidis. Vassilis is an excellent person. Besides being an artist, he is one of the nicest people I have met in my life and I say that with my hand on my heart. Paola is authentic and Pantelidis is no firework, as I recently read in a magazine.  The man sat down and wrote some things from his soul. I think this scheme will be very successful", reported, while at another point he stated that he singled out the Vegas singer, Melina Makri, for her excellent voice: "There are bands with excellent female singers. I recently went to see Despina and Antipa and had fun with the Vegas singer (Melina Makri). The girl has a terrible voice".
