A wealthy and famous architect is found murdered in his Manhattan home. The only witness to the murder is his young and beautiful daughter, but who is unable to give information to the police because she suffers from amnesia. At the same time, the well-known Viennese psychiatrist Sigmund Freud happens to be in New York, together with his friend and student Carl Jung. The two psychiatrists will be asked to offer their services by applying the therapeutic method of psychoanalysis to the young woman and will thus be faced with the biggest challenge of their careers: to penetrate the soul of a serial killer. The novel by the French author Luc Bossi, who released it 2009, it was a great publishing success and enchanted critics and readers. Clever humor, undiminished interest and a fast-paced plot make for a worthwhile read, which is worth reading until the last page.
