Eleni Psychouli studied French philology, directing and classical piano, worked for 16 years as an assistant to the sculptor Takis, as a translator but also as responsible for the gastronomy columns of several publications. In recent years we have also met her through the small screen. She notes that cooking entered her life later, trying to replicate the tastes of her Politissa grandmother. He loves traveling, the music, the flavors of each region and is not afraid to say that it has its own "guilty pleasures" away from gourmet dishes.
