Στην παρουσίαση του βιβλίου “Η Δίαιτα των ειδικών” που έχουν γράψει οι Αναστάσιος Παπαλαζάρου (διατροφή), Sandy Limbs (psychology), Giannis Manios (exercise) and Argiro Barbarigou (recipes) Fai Skorda was found on Monday night.

As for the period immediately after the birth of her son, Fay Scordas explained that she simply followed a certain diet because of breastfeeding: “Only when I was breastfeeding, I was a little more careful. It was a special diet… I had to drink a lot of fluids because of breastfeeding," she said. And when the journalist commented that one of the authors of the book "The Expert Diet", Sandy Kutsostamati, she recently stated that she is still breastfeeding her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Fai Scordas said that breastfeeding is indeed "something very nice. (…) It's another bond- I don't discuss it".
