Awaiting the Geneva Exhibition, Audi is giving the public a first taste of the hybrid "alter ego" of the A3, which he calls e-tron.
An extremely important premiere is expected for Audi at the Geneva Motor Show in early March and it concerns the plug-in hybrid A3 e-tron.
It is essentially the first hybrid A3, which has a petrol engine (1,4 TFSI) 150 horsepower and electric motor 102 horses, with combined performance 204 horses.
Drive is sent to the front wheels via a new 6-speed e-S tronic automatic transmission and the performance is impressive (0-100 km/h in 7,6 δλ. and top speed 222 km/h).
The most important element however is the average consumption which is limited to just 1,5 lt./100 km. As well as the CO2 emissions of only 35 g/km. The autonomy of the A3 e-tron is also particularly increased, since only with the electric motor it can move after a full charge at a distance of up to 50 kilometers.
