The story
Two charming matchmakers meet at a beach resort in the South of France, frequented by the rich, mature but naive ladies whom they deceive by extorting large sums of money from them.
The calm and comedic Lawrence Jameson (Yannis Bezos) gets upset, when he discovers that the gruff but efficient Freddy Benson (Petros Filippidis) gets in the way of his plans. Then they decide to face each other by making a bet: Whoever loses will have to leave the city. But seduced by the charm of the young and impressive Christine Colgate (Katerina Papoutsaki) they fall unsuspectingly into her trap.
The show is based on his big movie success 1988 "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" enjoyed by millions of viewers around the world with Steve Martin and Michael Caine in the roles of the two charming scoundrels, while afterwards it became a musical with also huge commercial and artistic success.
