Η τραγουδίστρια μίλησε για το θέμα στο πάρτι της καλής της φίλης Ελλης Κοκκίνου, όπου ήταν καλεσμένη: “It's something that's very strongly in the back of my mind and that I'm really looking for. I don't know if it will happen with the particular Riga-Apostolos duo with whom it was heard that we will work, because we are lost with the children and I don't know if they will have time to do something together. In any case, I'm looking at it.".

In the past, several publications regarding her possible participation in Eurovision have seen the light of day. She was going to the European song contest; "Hey, no! I've grown up for Eurovision".

Talking about her relationship with Elli Kokkinou, Despina Vandi revealed that he met her during a very difficult phase of her life (of Ms. Kokkinou) and more specifically when Elli was coming out of a very difficult situation.

"Elli and I have a very beautiful relationship that goes back many years and I am glad that I worked with her again this year and in previous years when we did things together. Generally, when you know a person things are much easier. There is no secret to our good relationship.
