Lakis Gavalas, a temporarily detained businessman, is being transferred to the judicial prisons of Malandrino, despite the settlement of his debts to the State and despite the persistent efforts of his lawyers, to remain free.

Anyway, in case his request for removal or replacement of the temporary detention with restrictive conditions is accepted, this is not going to be done before they are completed 30-60 days.

It should be recalled that Mr.. Lakis Gavalas, owed in total 7,5 millions of euros, arrested for the third time under the procedure of the truck for the amount of 150.000 euro, and is the only one of them 155 arrested led to a cell.

Following the letters of the directors of the prisons of Korydallos and Chalkidos, that is, prisons do not hold other prisoners, except on… bathrooms, Mr.. Gavalas was to be taken to the prisons of Amfissa, which was not possible and for’ this is eventually transferred to the prisons of Orini Fokida.
