«Πράσινες» μοτοσικλέτες απ’ the 2016

Νέους κανόνες για τη βελτίωση της ασφάλειας και των περιβαλλοντικών επιδόσεων των δίτροχων ενέκρινε στις 5 Δεκεμβρίου η Επιτροπή Περιβάλλοντος του Ευρωκοινοβουλίου σε μία δύσκολη ψηφοφορία, με περισσότερες από 300 τροπολογίες.
Μετά την ψηφοφορία, ο εισηγητής του ΕΚ, Ολλανδός ευρωβουλευτής του Ευρωπαϊκού Λαϊκού Κόμματος, Βιμ Βαν ντε Καμπ, απάντησε σε σχετικές ερωτήσεις.

Θα γίνει επιτέλους υποχρεωτικό και για τις μοτοσικλέτες το ABS;
Η πρόταση της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής είναι να γίνει υποχρεωτικό για κάθε δίτροχο άνω των 125 κυβικών, αλλά εμείς επιμείναμε να πέσει το όριο στα 50 κυβικά. Στην πράξη θα υπάρξουν τρεις κατηγορίες: τα πολύ ελαφρά δίτροχα, κάτω των 50 κυβικών, στα οποία δεν θα είναι υποχρεωτικό, και δύο κατηγορίες στις οποίες θα είναι, μια ενδιάμεση των 50-125 και η κανονική, above the 125 κυβικών εκατοστών. Alongside, απορρίψαμε την πρόταση της Επιτροπής να επιτραπεί η χρήση συνδυασμένης πέδησης (CBS) αντί του ABS.

Μια άλλη πρόταση της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής ήταν να εφοδιασθούν όλα τα δίκυκλα με σύστημα ηλεκτρονικής διάγνωσης (OBD) που προειδοποιεί τον οδηγό για πρόβλημα στη μηχανή του. Είναι κάτι που στηρίξατε;
Πρέπει να διαχωρίσουμε τα διαγνωστικά συστήματα πρώτης γενιάς (OBD 1) που είναι απλά, εύκολο να τοποθετηθούν στη μοτοσικλέτα και θα είναι υποχρεωτικά, από τα συστήματα δεύτερης γενιάς (OBD 2) που απαιτούν σαφώς πιο εξελιγμένη τεχνολογία. Η εισαγωγή των συστημάτων δεύτερης γενιάς ακόμα εξετάζεται και αναμένεται μελέτη της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής. Οι ίδιοι οι κατασκευαστές αντιδρούν έντονα, γιατί η εγκατάστασή τους προϋποθέτει πολλές και δαπανηρές τεχνικές τροποποιήσεις. Πρέπει να κινηθούμε προσεκτικά και η εισαγωγή τους δεν προβλέπεται πριν από το 2020.

Προβλέπονται και μέτρα κατά του «πειράγματος» των δικύκλων;
Οχι ακριβώς. Στις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις οι τροποποιήσεις γίνονται σε μηχανές άνω των 125 κ.εκ. και δεν προβλέπεται κάποια ουσιαστική αλλαγή στα ισχύοντα σήμερα. Μιλάμε όμως για νόμιμες τροποποιήσεις όχι καθαυτό «πείραγμα» της μοτοσικλέτας. Ο έλεγχος θα είναι αρμοδιότητα των κατά τόπους αρχών.

Οι μοτοσικλέτες πρέπει επίσης να γίνουν πιο πράσινες… Τι προβλέπεται και από πότε θα ισχύσει;
Cat’ αρχάς έπρεπε να πάρουμε απόφαση για το λεγόμενο επίπεδο εκπομπών Euro3 για τα μοτοποδήλατα και άλλα μικρά δίκυκλα που είναι εκείνα τα οποία ρυπαίνουν περισσότερο. Από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2016 πρέπει να ακολουθούν τη νόρμα Euro3, όπως ήδη ισχύει για τις μοτοσικλέτες άνω των 125 Mr. from. οι οποίες θα περάσουν σταδιακά στο αυστηρότερο Euro4 το 2016 για να φθάσουν το Euro7 το 2020.
Στη συνέχεια θ’ ακολουθήσουν διαπραγματεύσεις με τις κυβερνήσεις στο Ευρωπαϊκό Συμβούλιο.
Περιμένετε ν’ αντιμετωπίσετε προβλήματα;
Γενικά δεν νομίζω ότι θα υπάρξουν προβλήματα, με εξαίρεση ίσως την εισαγωγή του ABS στην κατηγορία των 50-125 κ.εκ. Ελπίζω πάντως ότι δεν θα υπάρξει κάποιο αδιέξοδο.

Ανυπομονεί να συνεργαστεί με τον Raikkοnen ο Grosjean

Οι δύο πιλότοι της Lotus για το 2012 θα είναι ο Romain Grosjean και ο Kimi Raikkοnen οι οποίοι ανακοινώθηκαν από την ομάδα την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα.

Οι δύο οδηγοί επιστρέφουν στη Formula 1 για πρώτη φορά μετά το 2009, με τον Grosjean να έχει κερδίσει και τον τίτλο στο GP2 και τον Raikkonen να έχει αγωνιστεί για το NASCAR και το WRC.

Ο Grosjean είχε οδηγήσει για τη Lotus Renault στο παρελθόν, ενώ ο Raikkonen μπαίνει για πρώτη φορά στην ομάδα. Ο Kimi στο παρελθόν είχε συνεργαστεί με τη Sauber, τη McLaren και τη Ferrari.

Ο Grosjean σχολίασε για τον Kimi: «Τον γνώρισα την περασμένη εβδομάδα και είναι πολύ καλό παιδί. Νομίζω ότι έχουμε λίγο πολύ την ίδια φιλοσοφία, και οι δύο θέλουμε να κάνουμε το καλύτερο για την ομάδα, να έχουμε καλά αποτελέσματα την επόμενη χρονιά και ανυπομονώ να συνεργαστώ μαζί του». Ο Γάλλος συμπλήρωσε: «Θα προπονούμαι σκληρά μέχρι τα Χριστούγεννα και μετά θα κάνω κάποιες μέρες διακοπές για να ξεκουραστώ στην παραλία και να απολαύσω τον ήλιο πριν τον Ιανουάριο». Η ομάδα που έχει κατακτήσει δύο φορές το παγκόσμιο πρωτάθλημα με τον Fernando Alonso το 2005 and 2006 τερμάτισε 5η την τελευταία σεζόν.

"Traveling with the Southern Cross" in Megaro

A different kind of Christmas entertainment
An adventurous and charming musical fairy tale, inspired by the "Southern Cross" in the poetry of Nikos Kavadias, milestone project in the career of the composer Thanos Mikroutsikos, will star at the Christmas events of the Athens Concert Hall.

The reason for the musical performance "Traveling with the Southern Cross" which is staged for ten performances from 22 until 30 December (22,23,26,27,28,29 and 30/12 at 8.30 pm and 23,26 and 30/12 at 5 pm), in the Christos Lambrakis room that has been specially designed for the event, by set designer Giorgos Vafias, like a big ship.

It is a different Christmas multi-spectacle with the participation of great singers, musicians, actors and dancers that appeals to the imagination and maturity of children but also to the sensitivity of adults.

"The Cross of the South" in poetry by Nikos Kavadias is a work alive for its creator, Thanos Mikroutsikos, since from the time of the composition of the first songs (1977) until today, it is constantly changing and is the spearhead of his songwriting. The composer's now-legendary songs that brought the "great traveler of poetry" close to the young after urging them to "dance on the shark's fin", to push their limits and conquer the impossible, today they become the trigger for a performance full of music, fairy tales and scenic symbols that aspire to take the younger generation along on a journey into the world of fantasy.

The popular compositions of Thanos Mikroutsikos – with him, of course, also present in the role of performer – they travel together with the texts written by the author Maria Papagianni, inspired by the magical images that emerge from the texts of Kavadias and others, derived from well-known nautical tales, Greek and foreign.

The performance is directed by Thanos Mikroutsikos, while the choreography is by Cecile Mikroutsikou..

Storytellers participate – singers Christos Thibeos, Kostas Thomaidis, Rita Antonopoulou and Anna Linardou.
