As for the day her new hobby took on business proportions, it was just before this year's new year: "I had a week off and I was sitting, I can't go anywhere with the babies, so I had filled the house with sweets: truffles, cake, chocolates, beiges, and, of course, the traditional ones, such as kourabiedes and king pie. A friend of ours, food importer in Miami and the Caribbean, excited about sweets, he asked me which pastry shop I got them from. He just found out they were mine, suggested we work together".
