The new Mini Roadster

True to the brand's principles, the Roadster retains the MINI design and go-kart handling, while the manual fabric roof it incorporates follows the tradition of British roadsters.
On hearing the name MINI ten years ago, two models came to mind. Either the archetype of Sir Alec Issigonis, or Frank Stephenson's retro revival (Mini Cooper New), which when presented the 2001 charmed the public with its retro design, the beautiful curves and go-kart handling.
Yes, in the coming years, the commercial success of the Mini Cooper was so great that it did not leave the people of Mini idle. So, quickly the range of bodies began to be enriched. First with the Convertible, then with the Clubman, Countryman, Coupe and now with the Roadster. It seems, finally, that tactic that wins, you don't change her...
The Roadster is Mini's sixth model and second (after the Cabrio) which features a fabric opening roof. In fact, this is manual, intentionally by the Mini people, ώστε το άνοιξε-κλείσε να μην είναι πολύπλοκο και να παραπέμπει ταυτόχρονα στα παραδοσιακά βρετανικά roadsters.

Nevertheless, σε αντίθεση με το Convertible, το Roadster έχει μονάχα δύο θέσεις, ενώ και το παρμπρίζ έχει μικρότερη κλίση κατά 13 degrees. Το συνολικό ύψος είναι χαμηλότερο κατά 20 mm. (1.390 mm.), ενώ από πλευράς χώρων, η απουσία των πίσω καθισμάτων, σχεδόν διπλασίασε τη χωρητικότητα του πορτ μπαγκάζ (240 λτ.) So, τώρα χωρούν άνετα δύο βαλίτσες, ακόμα και εάν ο χώρος αποσκευών δεν είναι επίπεδος πλήρως.

Είχαμε την ευκαιρία να το οδηγήσουμε στη Λισαβόνα της Πορτογαλίας και μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι τόσο από το πλαίσιο, όσο και από τα περιθώρια πρόσφυσης και την ανάρτηση, η οποία μοιάζει να είναι λίγο πιο μαλακή σε σχέση με το hatchback. Το τιμόνι όπως πάντα είναι άμεσο και πλούσιο σε πληροφόρηση, οι ακροβολισμένοι στο αμάξωμα τροχοί δίνουν την αίσθηση καρτ και έτσι, σε συνδυασμό με τον γνώριμο, εξαιρετικό κινητήρα των 184 ίππων της έκδοσης S προτιμάς το επαρχιακό δίκτυο παρά την Εθνική Οδό. Όπου εκεί το Mini Roadster είναι ιδιαίτερα σταθερό, ενώ ακόμα και σε υψηλές ταχύτητες, η υφασμάτινη οροφή δεν ακούγεται ενοχλητικά. Με την οροφή κατεβασμένη, οι στροβιλισμοί του αέρα στην καμπίνα είναι περιορισμένοι, ωστόσο χρειάζεσαι (όπως και στα περισσότερα κάμπριο) ένα καπελάκι ή ένα σκουφί για το κεφάλι.
End, όσον αφορά στα κινητήρια σύνολα, αυτά είναι ίδια με του Coupe. Στάνταρ είναι το μηχανικό κιβώτιο έξι σχέσεων, ενώ προαιρετικά τα Mini Roadster (πλην του JCW) διατίθενται και με 6άρι αυτόματο κιβώτιο.

"Madame Soussou", from the State Theater of Northern Greece

The State Theater of Northern Greece presents the play "Madame Sousou" by Dimitris Psathas, directed by Giorgos Armenis. The unsurpassed comedy of Dimitris Psathas, will be performed at the Royal Theatre, with Fotini Baxevanis in the leading role. The premiere of the show will be given on Friday 10 February.

Fran Drescher : "I was abducted by aliens"

Famous small screen actress Fran Drescher, which we got to know in Greece from the successful series "Live Action Nanny", she claims that at some point in her life she was abducted by aliens and had a chip implanted in her hand, scheduling her for a mission.

Makis Tselios : His unknown past
