A hidden treasure was found in a Minoan tomb in Crete

source:cretalive.gr

An idiot, well preserved Minoan tomb, dating from about 1300 p. X., came to the surface during the construction works of the new Gazi Krousona road, just before the historical settlement.

According to the findings of the archaeological service, it is a mass grave, which was accompanied by rich offerings. So far finds have come to light in fairly good condition, such as a large number of pottery painters, jewelry, copper objects, weapons, etc. It is also noted, that this discovery comes to confirm the long-formulated theory of the late archaeologist Ioannis Sakelarakis about the existence of the Platonic route of Minos, of a route that is in the plans of the municipal authority for tourism promotion and exploitation.

The mayor of Malevizio, Kostas Mamoulakis, has been closely following the progress of the archaeological service's work from the first moment and has even made available the archaeologist available to the municipality of Malevizio, so as to assist in the work of the archaeological service.

Alongside, expresses the political will of the municipal authority to maintain and restore the tomb, so that it can be visited and become another interesting point of visit, for Greek and foreign visitors to the area.

Mr. Mamoulakis expresses , in an announcement of the municipal authority's thanks to Ms. Ath. Kanda and the archaeologists of KG' E.K.P.A. for their immediate response, as well as to the Police Department of Heraklion and the TAE who provide the necessary security conditions by guarding the monument on a 24-hour basis.

Finally, it is noted that the above discovery, it is not expected to affect the construction project of the Gazi – Krousona road since it is outside the range of occupation of the road surface, so work will proceed as normal. Small detour though, may need to be done on the parallel road that leads to the historical monastery of Ag. Georgiou Kokkiniakou.

Long live Greek children ;

source:newsbeast.gr

The new show by Alexandros Rigas and Dimitris Apostolos.

Long live Greek children; Κι αν ζείτε… λύστε μας μια απορία…

Πώς φτάσαμε ως εδώ; What did he do?; Our bad fate; Our evil the radical; Our head; Our zodiac sign; Ares the retrograde; Our mistakes…;

It is probably because the glorious history of Greece is inversely proportional to our memory (maybe even our future) she is short and small.

We forgot what we lived through, what we put up with, what did we get into, how unfairly we have treated ourselves, in this country and those around us and above all how we let "friends" and enemies patronize us leading us to the painful today.

Let's take another look at the armed sadistic MAT policeman to understand, that nothing is ultimately what it seems.

To hear the absurd ravings of a politician in open confession giving absolution to his colleagues.

Get insights from the life story of a married couple who devise the most unlikely ways to deal with the crisis.

To eavesdrop on what happens in an emergency cabinet on the day that (will) Greece goes bankrupt and the live connection of the bankruptcy with many, πολλές και ακριβοπληρωμένες διαφημίσεις…

Να δούμε πόσο αποτελεσματικά λειτουργεί η ανταλλακτική οικονομία μέσω της ευφυΐας μιας τέως αδιόριστης του ΑΣΕΠ και νυν πόρνης.

Let's shudder with the gloomy image of Greece in 2042...where they celebrate the 100 years from the German occupation and again from the Germans.

Yes...yes...yes... And many more that are useful to remember, to understand them, να γελάσουμε με τα «μούτρα» μας μπας και ξανασυστηθούμε… και που ξέρεις ίσως έτσι και να γλιτώσουμε από τα χειρότερα…

Η παράσταση θα ανέβει σε λίγες μέρες στο Lampeti theater.
