Προκήρυξη διαγωνισμού για την ανάπτυξη του συστήματος έκτακτης ανάγκης eCall

Επιταχύνονται οι διαδικασίες για την υλοποίηση του έργου έκτακτης ανάγκης eCall, μιας υπηρεσίας έκτακτης ανάγκης, σε περίπτωση αυτοκινητικού ατυχήματος.

Ο αναπληρωτής υπουργός Ανάπτυξης, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, Μεταφορών και Δικτύων Στ. Καλογιάννης, υπέγραψε τη διακήρυξη του ανοιχτού διαγωνισμού για την επιλογή αναδόχου που θα αναλάβει την εκτέλεση του έργου, το οποίο πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του ευρωπαϊκού έργου HeERO.

Το HeERO (Harmonised eCall European Pilot) είναι η πρωτοπόρος τεχνολογικά πιλοτική εφαρμογή του συστήματος eCall σε εννέα ευρωπαϊκές χώρες: Hellas, Italy, Germany, Ρουμανία, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Κροατία, Finland, Sweden. Με την κοινοπραξία των εννέα χωρών, δημιουργείται για πρώτη φορά στην Ευρώπη ένα κοινό προστατευτικό πλαίσιο, για τον έγκαιρο εντοπισμό και την παροχή βοήθειας σε περίπτωση τροχαίου ατυχήματος με τη χρήση του συστήματος eCall.

Με την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, που αναμένεται σε περίπου 15 months, ένας πομποδέκτης κινητής τηλεφωνίας, ενσωματωμένος στο όχημα, καλεί αυτόματα το κέντρο έκτακτης ανάγκης για βοήθεια.

Η κλήση γίνεται μέσω του Τηλεφωνικού Κέντρου Εξυπηρέτησης Έκτακτης Ανάγκης (112) και περιέχει δεδομένα σχετικά με το όχημα (τύπος οχήματος, αριθμός πλαισίου, γεωγραφικές συντεταγμένες εντοπισμού της θέσης του οχήματος, κατεύθυνση κίνησης, κ.ά.), σε συνεργασία με τη Γενική Γραμματεία Πολιτικής Προστασίας.

Το υπουργείο Υποδομών, Μεταφορών και Δικτύων είχε από το 2005 υπογράψει με την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, Μνημόνιο Κατανόησης για τη συμμετοχή της Ελλάδας στο πρόγραμμα eCall, η εφαρμογή του οποίου άρχισε από την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή το 2009.

Ψάχνει καταφύγιο στη Σαντορίνη ο Ντε Νίρο

Αναζητεί σπίτι στην Καλντέρα ο χολιγουντιανός ηθοποιός

Δεν σχεδιάζει μόνο να γυρίσει ξανά στην Ελλάδα για διακοπές ο Ρόμπερτ Ντε Νίρο, σκέφτεται μάλιστα να αποκτήσει τη δική του «φωλιά» στη Σαντορίνη με θέα την Καλντέρα, as the newspaper "Espresso" writes.

Δεδομένου ότι μαγεύτηκε από την θέα και το μοναδικό ηλιοβασίλεμα ζήτησε, όπως αναφέρεται στο δημοσίευμα, να βρει ένα οικόπεδο ή ένα σπίτι εκεί για να αποκτήσει το δικό του χώρο.

Ο χολιγουντιανός ηθοποιός άλλωστε επισήμανε ότι αν βρεθεί αυτός ο χώρος, ο Ρόμπερτ Ντε Νίρο, που αισθάνεται «λίγο Έλληνας», όπως ο ίδιος δήλωσε στη συνέντευξή του στον Νίκο Αλιάγα, σίγουρα θα πολιτογραφηθεί Έλληνας.

Pioneering filmmaker Chris Marker has died

The "Farewell Station" from his classic films

At the age 91 years, a day after his birthday, the French pioneer filmmaker Chris Marker died, who was recognized as one of the most important documentarians of post-war cinema.
Born in Neigi on 29 July, Christian Francois Bouchet Villeneuve, as his real name was, began by writing poems and literary essays to later turn to cinema, with the first film "Olympia 52" filmed in 1952.
Marker's film that put him in the pantheon of top filmmakers is his 28-minute masterpiece Farewell Station («La Jetee d’Orly»), production 1962 , a sci-fi war thriller that etched itself into the memory of the cinephile audience and was remade 1997 by Terry Gilliam as the "12 Monkeys". 1978 his film The Deep Sky is Red was a rather negative critical account of the events of May 1968 in a film-memoir on recent political history.
At the end of his decade 1980, 13 Greek words/concepts on which philosophers discuss , mathematicians , artists and intellectuals ,prompted Marker to compose The Owl's Legacy (1989), an embroidery 13 thirty-minute documentary.
The pan-Hellenic premiere of the above composition took place at the 24th "Cinema and Reality" festival.

What has Papakaliatis got to do with Kokovikos?

"If είναι" is a love story with a background of today's Athens and with central themes "love" and "loneliness" that remain from the time of ά Antonakis Kokovikos two of the most important chapters in human life.
It was released, Well, the trailer of the first movie of Christoforos Papakaliatis which is expected in the darkrooms on 29 November.

They become the two central narrators for the sake of our history and act as a bridge between the generation of then and today. One generation gives the baton to the next, at a time when everything seems to be violently returning to that time. A love story with obstacles and upheavals caused not by others but by life itself ".

The script of the film entitled "If…" is original and is not a remake or sequel of the film "And the woman is afraid of the man" starring Christoforos Papakaliatis, Marina Kalogirou, Maro Kontou, George Constantine, Themis Bazaka, Maria Solomou, Vassilis Charalambopoulos, Fanis Mouratidis, Takis Spyridakis, Tasos Iordanidis and Akillas Karazisis.

Lewis Hamilton dominates the game

THE Lewis Hamilton with McLaren ήταν ο κυρίαρχος του παιχνιδιού στο ουγγρικό Grand Prix και διεκδίκησε μία καθαρή νίκη έχοντας προηγηθεί τόσο στις ελεύθερες όσο και στις κατατακτήριες δοκιμές.

Εφαρμόζοντας στρατηγική «δύο pit stop», ο Άγγλος κέρδισε με διαφορά ενός δευτερολέπτου τον αγώνα που σηματοδότησε τη μέση της σεζόν, ενώ απομένουν εννέα γύροι στο ημερολόγιο της F1. Ο πιλότος της Ferrari, Fernando Alonso, ο οποίος τερμάτισε πέμπτος από την έκτη θέση των κατατακτήριων δοκιμών, αύξησε τη διαφορά του στην κορυφή της κατάταξης των οδηγών στις 40 points.

Και οι 10 πρώτοι οδηγοί ξεκίνησαν με μαλακά ελαστικά P Zero Yellow που είχε επιλέξει η Pirelli σε συνδυασμό με τα μεσαία P Zero White για την Ουγγαρία. Ο Mark Webber με Red Bull τερμάτισε όγδοος – η υψηλότερη θέση οδηγού που ξεκίνησε με μεσαίο ελαστικό από της 11η θέση των κατατακτήριων δοκιμών. Τα μοναδικά μονοθέσια που ξεκίνησαν με μεσαίο White ήταν τα δύο της Marussia και αυτό της HRT με τον Pedro de la Rosa.

Ο Hamilton προηγήθηκε από την αρχή κι έκανε pit stop στον 18ο γύρο παραχωρώντας το πλεονέκτημα της πρώτης θέσης στον οδηγό της Lotus, Romain Grosjean – δεύτερο στις κατατακτήριες δοκιμές – αλλά σύντομα το ανέκτησε λόγω καθυστέρησης του Γάλλου στα pits.

Η τελευταία στάση του Hamilton για αλλαγή στο δεύτερο σετ μεσαίων έγινε στο 40ό γύρο, κάτι που έφερε τον Kimi Raikkonen (Lotus) για λίγο στην κορυφή. Μετά από ένα πολύ ισχυρό δεύτερο stint 25 γύρων με μαλακό ελαστικό όπου προσπέρασε τρία μονοθέσια, η στρατηγική του Raikkonen του χάρισε τη δεύτερη θέση της γενικής κατάταξης μπροστά από τον Grosjean.

With 20 γύρους να απομένουν και τα πιο καινούργια μεσαία ελαστικά P Zero White, ο Raikkonen ξεκίνησε ένα συναρπαστικό κυνήγι του Hamilton μέχρι τον τερματισμό. Ο Grosjean τερμάτισε τρίτος, με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε δύο οδηγούς της Lotus στο βάθρο.

Οι τρεις πρώτοι οδηγοί επέλεξαν στρατηγική δύο pit stop, με τον Hamilton να κάνει ένα stint με μαλακά και δύο με μεσαία ελαστικά, ενώ οι δύο οδηγοί της Lotus έκαναν δύο stint με μαλακές και ένα με μεσαίες γόμες. Ο Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull) ήταν ο οδηγός με την υψηλότερη κατάταξη από όσους ακολούθησαν στρατηγική τριών pit stop, τερματίζοντας τέταρτος και σημειώνοντας τον ταχύτερο γύρο του αγώνα με P Zero Yellow. Δύο ακόμα οδηγοί που υιοθέτησαν στρατηγική τριών pit stop ήταν ο Jenson Button της McLaren και ο Mark Webber της Red Bull, τερματίζοντας την έκτη και όγδοη θέση αντίστοιχα.

Ο αγωνιστικός διευθυντής της Pirelli, Paul Hembery σχολίασε: «Λόγω των μικτών συνθηκών μέχρι σήμερα, οι ομάδες δεν είχαν τρέξει επαρκώς με μαλακά ελαστικά, γι αυτό και όλοι ξεκίνησαν με αρκετές απορίες. Η σταδιακή φθορά και των δύο γομών αποδείχτηκε καλή με τη διαφορά μεταξύ μαλακών και μεσαίων ελαστικών να περιορίζεται σε μερικά δέκατα του δευτερολέπτου, κάτι που έδωσε στις ομάδες αρκετές ευκαιρίες στρατηγικής σε συνδυασμό με αξιοσημείωτη ευελιξία».

«Ο ρυθμός του Lewis Hamilton στις κατατακτήριες δοκιμές του επέτρεψε να εξοικονομήσει ένα σετ μαλακών ελαστικών για τον αγώνα στον οποίο επέδειξε εντυπωσιακή υπεροχή δίνοντας σκληρή μάχη για να τη διατηρήσει μέχρι τέλους. As always, οι προσπεράσεις ήταν πολύ δύσκολες στο αργό Hungaroring, που σημαίνει ότι οι ομάδες επεχείρησαν να προσπεράσουν τους αντιπάλους τους με κατάλληλες στρατηγικές pit stop. Λόγω ποικιλίας στρατηγικών, οι χρονικές διαφορές ήταν ελάχιστες, παρά το ότι με τα μονοθέσια να τρέχουν σε απόσταση αναπνοής μεταξύ τους, η φθορά των ελαστικών αυξάνεται, καθώς ολισθαίνουν περισσότερο εξ αιτίας αεροδυναμικών στροβιλισμών. Το πρώτο μέρος της σεζόν του 2012 ήταν αξέχαστο, με πολύ σκληρό ανταγωνισμό όπου τα ελαστικά σίγουρα έκαναν τη διαφορά, γι αυτό και ήδη ανυπομονούμε για το υπόλοιπο της χρονιάς».
