Porsche 918 Spyder martini racing

For fans of motorsport history, or Porsche has a big surprise in store, as he made an agreement with Martini to paint her in the... colors of war 918.

Porsche's new supercar is slated to go on sale late 2013. Nevertheless, the German company finds reasons to bring it back to the news. In this case, made a deal with Martini, to use its logos, evoking memories from the past. There were already some prototypes painted in the… war colors to provoke, but now this is official.

For those who don't know, this could be described as a tribute to the collaboration of 2 companies, as Porsche competed in several races under the colors of Martini, scoring victories and writing some of the most glorious pages of its history. Characteristically we mention the first victory of the legends 917 in his Le Mans 1971. The specific competition is considered, according to many, the best ever released, thanks to its innovative technological background. His arithmetic is obvious - and only that- relationship with her 918, with which the Porsche engineers wanted to declare that they had once again created a technological miracle. As for the Martini Racing coloring, it will be available as an option on 918 and it will only concern the external appearance. It will not include details and other touches in the interior.
