Konstantinos Argyros: The first steps in Fame Story & his personal life

Konstantinos Argyros spoke to "TV Ethnos" magazine about his collaboration with George Theofanous and his much-discussed comparison with Antonis Remos, while he remembered the time of his participation in Fame Story 3.

The famous singer initially said about the release of his new album, with the signature of George Theofanous that "It is my great joy and honor. From the beginning of my career I considered him one of the most important contemporary composers ". As for those who compare him with Antonis Remos, he clarified: "There is no comparison, because Antonis has proved who he is through a career of years, while I're just starting ".

Yet, Konstantinos Argyros did not hesitate to speak about the reasons he keeps his personal life out of the limelight: "First, I think it does not concern anyone. Secondly, I want to protect the person I am with […] I do not enter p’ this logic. Respect plays a dominant role in a relationship. And when the person you are with does not want publicity, you have to respect it ".

End, remembered his participation in Fame Story, several years ago: "I was 18 years and for me it was like…holidays. When I came out of Fame, I worked and made my first money, I realized that I would be professionally involved with singing. In this respect, it benefited me".

Kia Pro ceed: Challenge…

With a noticeably sportier aesthetic profile than the five-door Kia Ceed, the second generation pro_ceed comes to pique the interest of those looking for a stylish three-door coupe.
The second generation Kia pro_ceed, we met it at the Paris exhibition, last October, where he attracted attention. The three-door pro_cee d, although "built" on the five-door, achieves and directly expresses its sporty orientation. The main characteristic of the appearance is the strongly wedge-shaped shape of the whole, with the raised and muscular back end winning the impressions.

The new pro_cee'd shows the work of Kia's head of European Design, Peter Schreier. With this particular model, Kia is again targeting that category of buyers who are looking for more than just the 3-door version of a small and medium-sized car, but a young 3-door coupe car of these dimensions.

Attractive
With a length of 4,31 m., width 1,78 μ. and wheelbase 2,65 meters, the new pro_cee d has the same dimensions as the 5-door new cee d, except the roof which is lower by 40 mm. And along with the middle pillar that has been moved back by 220 mm., but also the new side windows, rear windshield and bumper, Kia gives the new pro_cee d a very attractive design.

The main feature of the appearance is of course the mask on the front, brought to the fore by Peter Schreier under the name "Tiger Nose" (nose of the tiger) and of course, the dynamic lights and nerves on the front hood.  However, the new pro_cee d also stands out for its strongly wedge-shaped shape with its muscular rear, characterized by the accentuated lower part of the bumper. In each case, the new pro_cee d is clearly more mature and sophisticated in design than its predecessor. In everything, what about the mechanical parts, the presence of a multi-link axle at the rear is worth mentioning.

The new three-door Kia pro_cee d, which is manufactured in Europe at the Korean firm's factory in Zilina, Slovakia, will go on sale next spring with their full factory warranty 7 years, as well as the five-door Kia Cee d.

Engines
1,4 CVVT: 100 horses at 5.500 s.a.l., 137 Nm at 4.200 rpm, 0-100 km / h: 11,8 δλ., top speed: 182 km / h, consumption: 5.6 lt./100 km, CO2 emissions: 130 g/km*
1,6 GDI: 135 horses at 6.300 s.a.l., 165 Nm at 4.850 rpm, 0-100 km / h: 9.9 δλ., top speed: 195 km / h, consumption: 5,2 lt./100 km, CO2 emissions: 119 g/km*
1,4 CRDi: 90 horses at 4.000 s.a.l., 220 Nm at 1.500-2.750  rpm, 0-100 km / h: 13,9 δλ., top speed: 170 km / h, consumption: 4,0 lt./100 km, CO2 emissions: 105 g/km*
1,6 CRDi: 128 horses at 4.000 s.a.l., 260 Nm at 1.900-2.750 rpm, 0-100 km / h: 10,9 δλ., top speed: 197 km / h, consumption: 3,7 lt./100 km, CO2 emissions: 97 g/km*

Interior – Spaces: Modern and comfortable
inside, the differences compared to the 5-door model are less and it seems that, except for the new linings and coloring, there are no changes there. This also translates into very good quality materials and finish, while the assembly is particularly careful. A new feature is the FlexSteer system button, on the steering wheel, from which the driver has access to 3 defaults for the amount of steering assistance (Normal, Comfort, Sport).

As we found out at the Paris Exhibition, spaces remain at very good levels for passengers and with very easy rear access. Luggage space increased to 380 l. and is now considered completely satisfactory for the category and character of the car.

Our point of view
Clearly more mature in design and upgraded in terms of quality and technology, the new Kia pro_cee d comes with claims in a tough class. With a gun and very good value for money, that Kia has accustomed us to, the new model will manage to get what it deserves. Especially, if available in the future and with the peppery engine of the Kia pro_cee d GT, that promises 190 horsepower from 1,6 lt....
