Venison from The Helter Skelter Company at the Michalis Kakogiannis Foundation

The Michalis Kakogiannis Foundation presents the show Venison by The Helter Skelter Company team from12 October until 11 November 2012.

A man is in a hospital room injured. No one knows where he comes from or what has happened to him. A nurse gives him first aid. A TV in the room is showing a movie that no one is watching. The man loses consciousness and the nurse runs to call for help.

The man sinks and is trapped in strange worlds, inexplicable, chaotic. He gets lost in a delusional labyrinth of personal and collective memories, persons, creatures and voices that haunt him. He is found to have committed a crime, and as a bearer of a tragic destiny, seeks his punishment. Until his wanderings lead him to the land of the void. In that paradoxical space where nothing exists and everything must be defined from scratch. In the womb. In the place of innocence. In a landscape without time, guilt and return.

The team "The Helter Skelter Company" returns to the Michalis Kakogiannis Foundation [“Hamlet, the Prince of Denmark", Black Box, March – April 2011] with the performance "Venison" and draws material from Aeschylus' Eumenides and Dostoyevsky, in order to track -through worlds that float within each other- the fall of a person from civilization to barbarism, from crime to punishment, from man to beast.

Pemy Zouni at Badminton with tango and zeibekiko

On Saturday, he presents the show "17. 37΄Πειραιάς – The Mouth»

Greece and Argentina meet in a port. On a journey through time. Six faces, each with their own history and memories, with his partings and dreams. Dominant theme, the waiting. Their weapons, the song and the dance. Tango and zeibeki, ball and tzakarera. Carnival and demonstration. Pictures of him 30, of 70 and his 2012. Everything sweetly tangles and unites them.

This is how the theatrical production that culminates the actions of the Tango Acropolis Festival unfolds on Saturday 8 September entitled "17. 37"Piraeus - La Boca" at the Badminton Theatre.

"It is a theatrical performance with a lot of dancing where Greeks and Argentinians participate", says Pemy Zouni who directs and stars in the production. "I would essentially say that it is a meeting of the cultures of two countries that may be far away, but they have, many common elements. The course of Greece and Argentina in the 20th century shows many similarities. Comprehensive regimes, forbidden songs ( zeibekiko and tango), tendency to flee and cities full of immigrants. They are two countries with big hearts and unruly minds..."

The "soul" of the show are the tangeros, the community of Greeks and Argentinians who live in our country and love tango and Argentinian culture. From the end of April, the small group of core performers of the show prepares the play. A woman in a harbor waits for her lover who is a sailor to return. Based on a story of waiting, many different separation stories, of love, of dreams and hope unfold in parallel.

The direction is by Pemis Zounis and the texts are by Stelios Hatziadamidis. Assistant director is Pella Makrodimitri. They are playing: Pemy Zounis, Elena and Luis Mestre, Panis Kalofolias, Dimitris Nikolaidis, Marianna Cutulas. Marios Strofalis participates (accordion), Costas Vlachopoulos (harmonica) and the Quilombo percussion group.

What will the viewer take away from the show?; "A sweetness of things he knows and loves, and from stories he may have recognized. Memories "touch". And seeing the harbor can, for example, may come to your mind "The minor of the dawn" with the voice of Sotiria Bellou..."

There is a case for repeating the performance; "We are in discussions with Buenos Aires", Pemy Zouni answers. "I would also like the show to be staged in Thessaloniki. All possibilities are open…”

There is no place for Hector Barbera in MotoGP

All the "premium" positions have been closed in MotoGP. The same with the supporting actors, of riders riding for the satellite teams. The only empty saddles left are those of the Honda Gresini, who has not yet decided between the Spies, Alvaro Bautista, Scott Redding and maybe Jonathan Rea.

And Hector Barbera; Where is the future of the Spaniard who for the second time in 2 chronically injured in the spine, however, avoiding the worst… He is unlucky; Maybe very lucky; Or it is a warning of fate;

Anyway, beyond the health problem, Hector now has to look for a job as well. The Ducati, whether through Pramac or not, intends next year to download the so-called Junior Team, i.e. new riders on factory bikes, in order to build its future and move faster in the evolution of Desmosedici.

Many have been convinced of the correctness of the "Youth Team" plan announced by Alessandro Cicognani a month ago, with the optimistic prediction that "it will be ready by the end of August". Ducati designs, even if they are slow to materialize, they mean no saddle for Hector on the Ducati.

That's bad, but worse that the Spaniard does not seem to be included in the plans of any of the team-managers of the existing teams.

The unfortunate Barbera - who before breaking his leg in training, he had started from the front row for the first time in his career at Mugello- missed Laguna Seca, then tried to drive with a broken leg at Indianapolis.

All he managed was to fall on a nasty highside and crack 3 vertebrae in Elefthera of Paraskevi. Now looking for a saddle, the 'recuperating' Pramac Ducati rider has started knocking on the doors of CRT teams, in order to continue riding with the "big ones".

Rumor has it he has already held talks with Team BQR who are running two FTR-Kawasakis and their riders Yonny Hernandez / Ivan Silva. He has also spoken to Forward Racing and Marc VDS (which is likely to rise the 2013 in MotoGP), but also with his former boss Jorge Aspar Martinez.

The Spanish manager admitted that he has spoken to Barbera's agent, but not with the rider himself. However, he seems to prefer his former rider's return to GP250 and GP125 (where they took a title together), Alvaro Bautista.

Their relationships 3 parts are a bit complicated: when 'Aspar' moved up to MotoGP the 2010, had tried to woo Bautista - but he didn't want to ride a Ducati and preferred Paul Denning's team representing Suzuki. And so Martinez was "forced" to take Barbera. Which, if it does not find a CRT group, he should probably drop down to Moto2 –in the footsteps of many other 250ers such as Toni Elias, Mika Kallio, Alex de Angelis, Anthony West, Roberto Rolfo και Yuki Takahashi.

Or try his luck in the world Superbike...

Toni Mavridis : The 400.000 euros claimed by Elena Paparizou, the "partners who influence her" and his new partner

For everything that happened between p’ Toni Mavridis spoke to him and Elena Paparizou to Nasos Goumenidis and the magazine EGO weekly.

Toni Mavridis admitted that he is asking for a lawsuit 400.000 euros from Elena Paparizou for lost profits: "Unfortunately, the course of events leads us to the courts. It was something I never imagined and did not want. But it is the only way to solve the existing financial issues. It is true that my lawyer, will file a lawsuit next week, in order to claim the money due to me from 20% of the company we have together. This move is not selfish, but when suddenly it “us” done “my”, then I have to claim what I worked for for years and never got "says Toni Mavridis who reveals that in the beginning an attempt was made to find them out of court but at the appointment set at 11 July to discuss, Elena Paparizou never appeared.

He clarifies that beyond this situation, which saddens him, is in one of the best phases of his life, while he does not hesitate to talk about two collaborators of Elena Paparizou "who influence her to a great extent" and for whom he has the worst opinion.

When asked by the journalist if the decision for the separation was his, he replied: "The decision to divorce was common and the result was very good for me. I stood out “friends”, I appreciated behaviors and was convinced that God laughs when people make plans for their future. Also,  It was clear that the crisis had indeed brought clarification. At all levels… "answered Toni Mavridis.

In fact, He admitted that his separation from Elena Paparizou did him good on a professional level as well, "As I stopped working exclusively with Elena and so I was given the opportunity to collaborate with other artists such as Sakis Rouvas, Peggy Zina, Panos Kiamos, John Plutarch, Stamatis Gonidis as well as with important artists abroad. On the other, after our separation I had to face and I faced his characterization “happy”. Because no one knew what I really did for Paparizou. I'm tired of carrying his sign “Guardian-Angel”. Elena knows very well what I did for her and for her career ".

As for what he is missing from his ex-partner: "I miss the moments we spent with the musicians together on Elena's tours" he just commented and, end, clarified that the "Elena" chapter is permanently closed for him and that he is happy with his new relationship as he said "Eva understands me, has stood by me in both the easy and the difficult and complements me ".

“I met dudes, fools and exploiters"

Dimitriou spoke about the men in her life

She talked about the men in her life on Stamatina Tsimtsili's show, Fthistv, Angela Dimitriou.

"In my life I have a cycle. Others were dudes, others were dumb, other operators. I took something from everyone and everyone took something from me. What matters is how they are today and how I am", said the singer.

And he added: "As a woman I have given too much, which I should not have given. I kept nothing to myself. I never loved me. I loved everyone else first, I gave to everyone else and last looked at me. That was my biggest mistake and I must not do it again. At some point, στα 58 my, I have to think about it too. To tell myself “let others give you something too”. I don't want riches either, no names either, as others request. I just want one true love".

As for Steve Kaketsis, he said: "Steve was a special case for me. When I met him he was married, he had a child and his work was such that we were always together. When you're in a relationship and you're in the same job, things are much more difficult. There was certainly jealousy on both his part and mine. There was a huge passion and a very big love. We had, Nevertheless, an ending that shouldn't have been. I got tired of waiting for Steve to finish somewhere, which in itself told me how it would end. I never pushed him to finish it, but as a woman I also wanted to have my own security".

Fiat Panda TwinAir with natural gas!

Another technological innovation for Fiat, as for the first time a two-cylinder engine (TwinAir), consumes natural gas (CNG). The new Panda Natural Power, it is now a fact.
For about two decades now, Fiat invests in the use of natural gas, evolving technology to such an extent, to be applied for the first time, worldwide, in a two-cylinder engine. The new Fiat Panda 0.9 TwinAir Natural Power, is, most, a fact and even in the neighboring country (where they operate approx 1000 gas stations, with natural gas) its commercialization has already started, with prices starting at 13.950 euro.
With the CNG option, its horsepower 0.9 TwinAir is reduced by five horsepower (80 from 85), but the average consumption of 3,1 lt./100km/h and CO2 emissions, which are limited to 86 g/km, compensate, in any case, the driver, for the small sacrifice in performance.

In Italy it is estimated that 12 euro, the natural gas tank, capacity 72 liter, he wears a scarf, while respectively the capacity of this gasoline, has been reduced to 35 l, as inevitably the volume of the luggage compartment has suffered a reduction since the 225 στα 200 l. The top speed of the car is 170 km/h, with fuel the gasoline and 168 km/h with CNG.
