The presentation to the public of the car of the new generation of Porsche continues 911, with the unveiling of the Carrera Cabriolet, which will go on sale from March 2012.There is of course no change in its publishing strategy, which has been very successful for decades. The "simple" Carrera will be offered with their flat 6-cylinder engine 3.4 liter, return 350 horses. As for "S", it will have the equivalent of 3.8 liter, entry 400 horses.
Both engines will be mated to a new seven-speed manual gearbox, which coupe versions also use. Optionally, of course, it will be equipped with the seven-speed double clutch Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK).
