Eleni Menegaki: These are her new partners!

After several tests that took place in the last two weeks at the premises of the Pro studios in Pallini, Eleni Menegaki came up with two fresh and up-and-coming faces to complete her panel team.

Antonia Kallimoukou, which did at least two trials, seems to have convinced the show people “Helen”, but also the presenter herself and she finally agreed, a few days ago for joining the team of the show.

The second person is the journalist Eliana Chrysikopoulou, which is known to the public through her texts in Athens voice.

The show "Helen" quite renewed, will premiere on October 1 at 13:00 from the frequency of Alpha.

Περιμένουν παιδί Σακίρα και Πικέ!

Ο ποδοσφαιριστής της Μπαρτσελόνα Ζεράρντ Πικέ και η κολομβιανή τραγουδίστρια Σακίρα ανακοίνωσαν την Τετάρτη αργά το βράδυ ότι περιμένουν το πρώτο τους μωρό.

Δεν διευκρίνισαν πάντως το φύλο του παιδιού που κυοφορεί η τραγουδίστρια. Η Σακίρα έγραψε στο facebook : «Όπως πολλοί από εσάς ήδη γνωρίζετε εγώ και ο Πικέ περιμένουμε το πρώτο μας μωράκι!»

Ο 25χρονος Πικέ και η 35χρονη Σακίρα, διατηρούν δεσμό εδώ και δύο χρόνια με την τραγουδίστρια να είναι οπαδός της Μπαρτσελόνα και να παρακολουθεί συχνά τα ποδοσφαιρικά της παιχνίδια στο στάδιο Καμπ Νόου.

Πάντως κατά μια ειρωνεία της τύχης η ανακοίνωση της εγκυμοσύνης της Σακίρα, έγινε την ημέρα που ο Πικέ υπέστη σοβαρό διάστρεμμα στο αριστερό του πόδι στο νικηφόρο με 3-2 παιχνίδι της Μπαρτσελόνα εναντίον της Σαπρτάκ Μόσχας.

Citroen DS3 Electrum Concept

Στο Παρίσι το ηλεκτροκίνητο supermini

Η Citroen, εντός έδρας αναμένεται να παρουσιάσει την ηλεκτροκίνητη εκδοχή του γνωστού μας μοντέλου. Το DS3 Electrum μπορεί να αποκαλείται concept, όμως η πρόθεση της γαλλικής εταιρείας ήταν να αφήσει αναλλοίωτη την αισθητική και χωροταξική διαμόρφωση του υπάρχοντος μοντέλου και να επικεντρωθεί στο σύστημα πρόωσης του αυτοκινήτου.

Το ηλεκτρικό DS3 διαθέτει δύο ηλεκτροκινητήρες στον εμπρός άξονα, έναν σε κάθε τροχό, με ισχύ 65kW έκαστος. Η ηλεκτρική ενέργεια αποθηκεύεται σε μπαταρία ιόντων λιθίου η οποία είναι τοποθετημένη στο πάτωμα του αυτοκινήτου και έχει χωρητικότητα 17,5kWh. Η Citroen υπόσχεται για DS3 Electrum Concept αυτονομία 120 χιλιομέτρων, όμως η ταχυφόρτιση σε σταθμούς υψηλής τάσης μπορεί να επαναφέρει το 80% της ενέργειας μόλις σε μισή ώρα, γεγονός που επιτρέπει μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία στην καθημερινή χρήση.

Προς το παρόν δεν έχει παρθεί απόφαση αν η εν λόγω πρόταση θα μπει ή όχι στην παραγωγή, ωστόσο στο άμεσο μέλλον η Citroen θα κληθεί να αποφασίσει αν θα εντάξει στη γκάμα της ένα supemini με μηδενικούς ρύπους.

Creative search, support for young creators, honor in older but also cooperation with cultural institutions and institutions are the main axes of the planning of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall for the period September-December 2012.

Concerts, parallel activities and festive events form the main body while special emphasis will be given to the Southeastern Mediterranean, in the framework of the Thessaloniki program- Crossroads of Cultures, but also in the Macedonian capital itself.

Σ΄ό,as far as the performances themselves are concerned, stands out the famous dance group Batsheva from Israel with the choreography of the famous Ohad Naharin "Hora" which is a co-production with the 47th Dimitria and will be presented on 29/9. The title refers to an Israeli folk dance that was danced in the fields after a day of hard work..

A concert by pianist Giannis Vakarelis and accordionist Bjarke Mogensen will follow on 3/10 and includes contemporary works written for unusual combinations of instruments as well as their own adaptations of classical works.

Σ΄ό,as for the other events, among others, the concert of the Izmir Chamber Orchestra on 10/10 but also the recital of the Turkish pianist Fazil Sai on 12 of the same month.

The program, complement, among other things, classical ballet performances ("Sleeping Well" on 8 and 9 December ) but also flamenco (BalletFlamencodeAndalucia on 6 and 7 November), the comic opera of Spyros Samaras "The Cretan Girl" , a production of the National Opera to be played in Thessaloniki between 22-25 November , the "Date with the Opera" – the cycle of educational programs organized for the second year- the Concert of the Berlin Symphony Orchestra under Yuri Yanko on 19 October and live broadcasts from the New York Metropolitan Opera with the support of the ANTENNA Group.

Volvo V40 Cross Country

Fifteen years ago, the 1997, Volvo with the V70 Cross Country brought a small revolution, creating an entirely new class of vehicle. In a few days, at the Paris Motor Show, Volvo presents the new V40 Cross Country in the premium segment of the small and medium class, a car that combines all-road durability with premium character.

There is a clear separation between Volvo's XC and Cross Country range. The XC series has a more pronounced SUV off-road character, whether it is combined with four-wheel drive or not, with all-terrain vehicles. On the other, the Cross Country series has a pure crossover character. The Volvo V40 Cross Country is higher than the V40, with the driver sitting 40mm higher.

With the exception of the T3 version (of 150 horses) of the 1,600 hp gasoline engine, all other V40 engines are also available in the V40 Cross Country. Greater interest in the Greek market has 1.6 T4 of 180 of horses with the 27,5 kg. maximum torque, consumption in mixed conditions 5,5 l/100km and C02 emissions 129 g/km. This engine is combined with either a 6-speed manual transmission, or with the Powershift dual-clutch automatic transmission, also six relationships. By using a double clutch, faster changes are ensured, which achieve even greater fuel economy.

The well-known and popular diesel engine is of equal – if not greater – interest for the Greek market 1.6 D2 of 115 of horses with the 29 kg. of torque (includes 1,5 about km. of torque delivered in overboost mode). Its consumption in mixed conditions is 3,8 l/100km which corresponds to 99 g/km for C02 emissions. This engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission.

Our familiar from the V40 five-cylinder two-liter D4 engine of 177 horses, it is also available on the V40 Cross Country. It pays off 40 pounds of torque over a wide rpm range with acceleration 0-100 km/h σε 8,3 seconds with the automatic transmission and 8,6 seconds with manual. Mixed consumption is 4,4 and 5,2 l/100km with manual and automatic transmission respectively. The C02 emissions for the manual and automatic transmissions are respectively 117 and 137 g/km. Also available is the same engine in a different mapping and under the D3 designation, which yields 150 horses and 35,6 kg. of torque. And this one is mated to both manual and six-speed automatic transmissions. All engines have start/stop and energy recovery system during braking, ανεξάρτητα αν συνδυάζονται με χειροκίνητο ή αυτόματο κιβώτιο ταχυτήτων.

Το V40 Cross Country διατίθεται και σε τετρακίνητη έκδοση, διαθέσιμη αποκλειστικά με τον πεντακύλινδρο 2.5 Τ5 βενζινοκινητήρα των 254 horses, with the 40,8 kg. of torque, number which includes 4 about km. of torque available in overboost mode during acceleration. It is combined with a six-speed automatic transmission and has acceleration 0-100 km/h σε 6,1 seconds. Its consumption in mixed conditions is 7,8 l/100km in front-wheel drive and 8,3 l/100km in the four-wheel drive version.

To offer even greater flexibility especially in sudden height changes, the new V40 Cross Country has a Descent Control System (Hill Descent Control) στην έκδοση Τ5 που είναι εξοπλισμένη με τετρακίνηση. Το σύστημα αυτό ελέγχει αυτόματα την ταχύτητα του αυτοκινήτου κατά την κάθοδο σε επιφάνειες με μεγάλη κλίση. The new V40 Cross Country also features a Hill Start function (Hill Hold), which allows more comfortable starting on uphill surfaces. With the exception of some unique features that the new Volvo V40 Cross Country has, the car has the same basic equipment as the new Volvo V40.

Volvo Car Corporation expects annual sales of the new V40 Cross Country to be approx 17.000 units. The 50% of these cars will be channeled to the European market. Το αυτοκίνητο θα κατασκευάζεται στο εργοστάσιο της Volvo στη Γάνδη του Βελγίου. Η έναρξη της παραγωγής είναι προγραμματισμένη για τα τέλη του 2012.

Zέτα Μακρυπούλια : Δεύτερο ραντεβού με τον Γιάννη Λάτσιο

Ο πάγος έσπασε στο πρώτο ραντεβού και έτσι, Ζέτα Μακρυπούλια και Γιάννης Λάτσιος θα ξανασυναντηθούν στις αρχές της επόμενης εβδομάδας προκειμένου να συζητήσουν για το «Dancing with the stars».

Η πρόθεση και των δύο είναι να συνεχιστεί η συνεργασία, καθώς ομολογουμένως η Ζέτα Μακρυπούλια είχε αποσπάσει τις καλύτερες των εντυπώσεων στην παρουσίαση του show. Το πρώτο ραντεβού λοιπόν έγινε σε πολύ θετικό κλίμα και σε αυτό ο Γιάννης Λάτσιος εξήγησε στην Ζέτα πόσο στενά είναι πλέον τα πράγματα όσον αφορά στο μπάτζετ προκειμένου να κάνει το Dancing with the stars πρεμιέρα στις αρχές Νοεμβρίου, όπως είχε γράψει το Yupiii.

Η Ζέτα Μακρυπούλια, η οποία και στο παρελθόν είχε εκφράσει την επιθυμία της να συνεχίσει την συνεργασία της με τον ΑΝΤ1,  φαίνεται ανοιχτη στις διαπραγματεύσεις και ήδη έχει βάλει πολύ νερό στο κρασί της σε ό,τι αφορά στο συμβόλαιό της -και κατ’ επέκταση στην αμοιβή της. Την επόμενη εβδομάδα λοιπόν, όπως αναφέρει και το golema.gr, θα γίνει και το τελευταίο ραντεβού στο οποίο θα ληφθούν οι οριστικές αποφάσεις.
