At the concert, which was given to financially support the effort to complete the Greek school and cultural center of the community of Archangel Michael in Long Island, featuring the City Music Cleveland Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Alexander Myrat.
Giorgos Dalaras interpreted, in a world premiere, the works of the composer Christos Hatzis, "The Symbol of Faith" and "The Dances of the Earth", his old and new hits, as well as selected songs, applauded by the spectators who were not only of Greek origin. Susan Lemieux also sang.
After the concert, the organizers expressed their satisfaction with the great participation and enthusiasm of the people, who "showed with his presence that he is aware and cares about our culture and the future of the Nation", as Giorgos Dalaras typically mentioned.

Σε περίπου τρία χρόνια αναμένεται να ξεκινήσει η διάθεση στην αγορά των πρώτων ηλεκτρικών αυτοκινήτων με μπαταρίες λιθίου της Toyota. Η παρουσίαση στην πρόσφατη έκθεση του Τόκιο του FT-EV II (future Toyota electric vehicle two), του δεύτερου ηλεκτροκίνητου πρωτότυπου της εταιρείας, αποτέλεσε μια πρώτη ένδειξη των προθέσεων των Ιαπώνων, που επιβεβαιώθηκαν αργότερα, στις αρχές Νοεμβρίου, από δηλώσεις του αντιπροέδρου της Toyota Αμερικής Bob Carter. The award of "World's Best Museum" went to the Acropolis Museum from the competition held by the Association of Travel Journalists of Great Britain.
