«Αγρίεψε» το VW up

Το αθώο και παιχνιδιάρικο VW up!
Το VW up!

Shakespeare's "Comedy of Misunderstandings" on Thursday, March 1 at the Athens Concert Hall

From the National Theater of England to the Concert Hall

Tickets are hard to come by and the audience travels to a chaotic universe, where two pairs of twins who have been separated since birth, they look for each other, in a city where things and monsters happen.

The reason for the "Comedy of Misunderstandings" («Comedy of Errors») by William Shakespeare which will be broadcast live from the National Theater of England on the screen of the Athens Concert Hall on Thursday 1st March in the Alexandra Trianti Hall, at 9 at night.

Humor, puns, confusion of identities, reversals, betrayals, seductions and love, all meet in large doses in this vertiginous Shakespearean comedy, in an inventive, moving modern version with remarkable interpretations, signed by the virtuoso director, Dominic Cooke.

In "The Comedy of Misunderstandings" the characters move in a world that is completely realistic, but also in a setting of illusion and delusion. The director takes us on a tour of a city of wonders and manages to make us feel its dual nature" writes Michael Billington of the Guardian.

The Comedy of Misunderstandings is one of Shakespeare's earliest works, its shortest, written before 1598. It combines raucous farce with idealized romance and is a forerunner of his more mature comedies - A Midsummer Night's Dream, End Good All Good, Twelfth Night, Race of Love 'Agonos', Much Ado About Nothing, Storm etc.

It has become an opera, film work and musical and one of the elements of this farce is that, while Shakespeare borrows plot elements from the farces of the Roman Plotinus, is already preparing its own comic idiom with its exciting clean-ups and complex characters.

This is the fifth consecutive broadcast by the National Theater of England hosted by the Concert Hall in collaboration with the British Embassy and the British Council.

And who hasn't dreamed, like peter pan, to never grow up; Who, he really didn't want to remain a child and, why not, to move to the land of Never-Never; That is why the story of Peter Pan remains eternally charming for adults and children. Thus his arrangement began to take shape. He admits he struggled because the myth is so powerful, so charming. Don't forget that on the journey that Peter Pan suggests we follow him, takes us to Neverland, where pirates live, fairies, mermaids and Indians while gold dust helps solve our problems…

"So I decided to leave too, and go myself to the land of Never-Never", points out, “so I can meet the Lost Children and the Pirates. Without thinking about it, I left my coffee half finished and ran to wash up, to comb my hair, and then start the journey…». And so, somewhere between the land of Peter Pan and the “unknown and magical land that dwells within us, the show was made", he concludes and invites us to follow him.
The text and direction are by Yiannis Kalatzopoulos, the sets and sets and costumes by Katerina Papageorgiou, the music of Giorgos Kazantzis, the choreography of Katerina Andriopoulou, the videos of Yiannis Piralis, the musical teaching of Nikos Voudouris and the lighting of Tasos Dailidis. Savvas Poumpouras: Is 'Family of Calamity' finally set up?;

His response to the rumors that the show "Family of Calamity" is fake, Savvas Poumbouras gave, speaking to "OLA 12" on Monday night.

"In the first place, I didn't expect them to say anything else. For everything, most, they say it's rigged. The point is this: People who work in TV I expected to understand if it is rigged or not. If it was rigged, the man who is a programmer and the other who is an auto mechanic, they should go to America and get an Oscar if they play this well. There's no point in it being a prank. It's not a make-it-yourself video game. We cut too many couples who had talked to each other before coming home. (…) Whoever walks in and you see him looking for cameras, you understand it. And he also can't play. We are twenty people production below. Anyone who smelled something like that, we had a meeting between us and we were sending him" said the young presenter and added: "You don't participate in the prank. It's not a video game. We find the world. As well as, filming is over, because then everyone would be pissed off".

Ready to claim his first world title with Ferrari, says Fernando Alonso. The Spanish pilot emphasized that second place is not enough for them this year, ενώ επισήμανε πως ακόμη δεν μπορεί να γνωρίζει που βρίσκεται η σκουντερία, όπως και οι υπόλοιπες ομάδες.

Ελπίζουμε πως θα φτάσουμε στην Αυστραλία με ένα ανταγωνιστικό μονοθέσιο», were Alonso's words, who then completed.
