Hellenic Theamaton presents, for the first time in Greece, the show "Kramer vs. Kramer", at the Emporikon theater.

The film Kramer vs. Kramer adapted and directed by Robert Benton and starring Meryl Streep and Dustin Hoffman, was awarded the 1985 with 5 Oscar: Best movie, Direction, Adapted Screenplay, First Male and Second Female Role and emerged as a great box office success.

The play deals with the transformation of an "absent" parent into an ideal father who tries to make up for the absence of his wife and mother of their minor child when she left them to find her "lost self" away from the trapped role of mother-wife. But he returns and claims custody of the child. A legal battle is inevitable. The intense dramatic elements of the work divided and still divides the public, however in the end what remains unchanged is the selfless and everlasting love of the parents for the child.

In the performance at the Emporikon theater that will premiere on Thursday 15 November, the performance of the play is signed by Mirella Papaoikonomou and the direction is by Eleni Skoti.
