Sissy Christidou : “Έχω υποθυρεοειδισμό και ήταν δύσκολο να χάσω κιλά”

Σε συνέντευξή της στο περιοδικό “Prevention”, η Σίσσυ Χρηστίδου εξήγησε πώς έχασε τα κιλά της εγκυμοσύνης, ενώ μίλησε για τις “στιγμές ευτυχίας” που ζει με τους δύο άντρες της ζωής της: τον γιο και τον σύζυγό της.

“Από μικρή πάσχω από υποθυρεοειδισμό κι έτσι ήταν δύσκολο να απαλλαχθώ από τα κιλά της εγκυμοσύνης” δήλωσε η 31χρονη παρουσιάστρια, προσθέτοντας πως στην προσπάθειά της την βοήθησε η βιοπαθολόγος της, Μαρία Ψωμά: “Η Μαρία, με ένα ισορροπημένο πρόγραμμα, με βοήθησε να επανέλθω στα κιλά που ήμουν πριν από τη γέννα… Πάντα είμαι δύο κιλά πάνω ή δύο κάτω από το συνηθισμένο βάρος μου. Προσπαθώ να προσέχω, χωρίς όμως να κάνω υπερβολές. Simply, όταν νιώσω ότι ξεφεύγω, θα κάνω πιο προσεκτική διατροφή για μερικές μέρες… Συνήθως τρώω ό,τι μαγειρεύω για την οικογένειά μου, δηλαδή όσπρια, κρέας, λαδερά κλπ. Νομίζω ότι, αν ακολουθείς την ίδια διατροφή με το παιδί σου, είσαι σε πολύ καλό δρόμο, γιατί αυτή είναι η πιο ισορροπημένη. Η μόνη άσκηση που κάνω είναι οι επισκέψεις σε πάρκα και παιδότοπους”.

Σε άλλο σημείο της συνέντευξης, η Σίσσυ Χρηστίδου εξήγησε πως είναι, από τη φύση της, αισιόδοξος άνθρωπος: “Ήμουν πάντα από τους ανθρώπους που βλέπουν το ποτήρι μισογεμάτο. Θεωρώ βέβαια πως είμαι όντως πολύ ευνοημένη από την τύχη και όσα είχα ονειρευτεί στη ζωή μου, ο Θεός μού τα έδωσε απλόχερα! Αλλά και στις δυσκολίες που μου παρουσιάστηκαν κρατούσα τα θετικά στοιχεία και παρέμενα πάντα αισιόδοξη και χαμογελαστή” ήταν τα λόγια της, ενώ όταν ρωτήθηκε τι είναι για εκείνη ευτυχία, he replied: “Η ευτυχία είναι στιγμές. Natalia Germanou : In love again: The new relationship that changed her life!

Πρεμιέρα για το νέο Citroen DS Numero 9!

Η Citroen αποκαλύπτει με αφορμή την παρουσία της στην επερχόμενη Έκθεση του Πεκίνου το υβριδικό πρωτότυπο DS Numéro 9, το οποίο σηματοδοτεί την έλευση τριών νέων μοντέλων της οικογένειας DS!

Μετά τη μεγάλη επιτυχία που ήδη σημειώνει η νεοσυσταθείσα οικογένεια DS (already, σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο οι πωλήσεις των DS3, DS4 και DS5 ξεπερνούν τις 200.000 points), η γαλλική εταιρεία βάζει… ρότα για την περεταίρω διεύρυνση της γκάμας της, ακόμα και σε μη-παραδοσιακές για την ίδια αγορές, όπως είναι εκείνη της Κίνας. In fact, με αφορμή την παρουσία της στην επερχόμενη Έκθεση του Πεκίνου και την πρεμιέρα των μοντέλων DS στην εγχώρια αγορά, η Citroen παρουσιάζει ένα εντυπωσιακό πρωτότυπο μοντέλο, το Numéro 9, το οποίο είναι υβριδικό ενσωματώνοντας την ίδια στιγμή πολλά από τα σχεδιαστικά γνωρίσματα των μελλοντικών μοντέλων της σειράς DS. Ποια πρόκειται να είναι αυτά; Όπως επίσημα ανακοινώνουν σήμερα οι Γάλλοι, σύντομα τα DS3, DS4 και DS5 θα πλαισιωθούν από τρία ακόμα μοντέλα: ένα 4θυρο σεντάν της κατηγορίας C (see. small and medium), ένα πολυτελές 4θυρο της αμέσως μεγαλύτερης κλάσης και ένα SUV… αγνώστου προς το παρόν μεγέθους.

Επιστρέφοντας στα του νέου Numéro 9, όπως φαίνεται και στις επίσημες φωτογραφίες που η γαλλική εταιρεία έδωσε σήμερα επίσημα στη δημοσιότητα, πρόκειται για ένα shooting brake μοντέλο, με εντυπωσιακή εξωτερική σχεδίαση, μακρύ καπό, διευρυμένο μεταξόνιο και εντυπωσιακούς τροχούς διαμέτρου 21 inches. Ιδιαίτερο επίσης σχεδιαστικό γνώρισμα του πρωτοτύπου –πέρα ασφαλώς από τη γυάλινη οροφή, η οποία αποτελείται από τρία τμήματα- είναι η μορφή του εμπρός μέρος, which, όπως ξεκαθαρίζουν οι δημιουργοί, θα αποτελέσει τη βασική πηγή έμπνευσης για τα μελλοντικά μοντέλα ευρείας παραγωγής της οικογένειας DS που θα παρουσιαστούν στο εγγύς μέλλον. Από πλευράς διαστάσεων, το εντυπωσιακό Numéro 9 ξεχωρίζει για τόσο για το μήκος και το μεταξόνιο του (4,93 and 3,0 μ. respectively), όσο και για το ιδιαίτερα περιορισμένο του ύψος, που δεν υπερβαίνει τα 1,27 μ.

Σε ότι αφορά τα μηχανικά μέρη, το σημείο αναφοράς είναι το υβριδικό σύστημα το οποίο αναλαμβάνει να κινήσει το κομψό γαλλικό αμάξωμα του νέου Numéro 9. Το εν λόγω σύστημα αποτελείται από έναν κινητήρα βενζίνης ή πετρελαίου (ανάλογα με την αγορά, όπως διευκρινίζουν οι Γάλλοι) και έναν εξελιγμένο ηλεκτροκινητήρα, ο οποίος παρέχει στους πίσω τροχούς του οχήματος ισχύ 70 ίππων καθώς και 200 Nm of torque. Το πρωτότυπο που θα παρουσιαστεί στην Έκθεση του Πεκίνου θα είναι εφοδιασμένο με κινητήρα βενζίνης, ο οποίος δεν είναι άλλος από τον γνωστό THP 1.600άρη της PSA, που για την περίσταση αποδίδει 225 horses and 275 Nm of torque. Συνδυαστικά, η ισχύς των δύο συνόλων αγγίζει τους 295 horsepower. Σύμφωνα με τη Citroen, το Numéro 9 έχει τη δυνατότητα να κινείται αποκλειστικά με τη βοήθεια του ηλεκτροκινητήρα (και των συσσωρευτών ιόντων λιθίου, certainly, με τους οποίους συνεργάζεται) για μια απόσταση συνολικού μήκους 50 χλμ., επιταχύνοντας μάλιστα με την αρωγή και των δύο κινητήριων μονάδων το αμάξωμα των 1.500 κιλών από στάση έως τα πρώτα 100 km,/time, σε μόλις 5,3 δλ. Και όλα αυτά, με μέση κατανάλωση μόλις 1,7 lit./100 km. και εκπομπές διοξειδίου του άνθρακα της τάξης των 39 gr για κάθε χιλιόμετρο κίνησης.

At the same time, a large retrospective exhibition of the career of Dimitris Psathas is being inaugurated (1907-1979) in life and in the theater: personal and professional, with his family but also at the press offices of Eleftheros Vima and Neos, photos as well as rich – anecdote – material from his performances, starting from the rehearsals and reaching the premieres, will adorn the foyer on Piraeus Street, from the archive of the Psathas family, under the supervision of Lena Nitsou's granddaughter- Mat.

But who is Madame Soussou and how did she manage to stay so alive: Bigoted and unacceptable, Madame Soussou began as a cartoon in the pre-war weekly "Family Treasure" (1939), became a book (1941), number of occupancy inspections, play (1942), motion picture (1948), radio broadcast (1950), tv series (1972 and 1986). At the same time, it was translated into many languages ​​and was performed at home and abroad.

The creator himself writes: "Soloupi spartan. Style imposing. Nose slightly turned up. Pose. Cap on the top of the head m’ a red wing that soars as a challenge to the universe. Tall, xeracian. Woman or Phenomenon; Head back. Her chin up, her nose higher, her eye on chaos. Whoever stands in front of her feels like a merman. Her gaze barely admits to touching the visible things of our humble world, and when it does it takes on tones of condescension… Poverty; You have to look closely to see it. Her style, which comes from a dynamic soul, spreads and dispels the impression of poverty – a body armored constantly fighting against poverty itself, as if he is struggling every moment to defeat her and succeeds triumphantly. He is holding a pair of rusted facades, raises hand slowly, raises eyebrows with later, moves his head back and looks ap’ the unfathomable yonder heights of an unshakable self-confidence the poor creatures of God who happen to circulate around her…”. Nicknamed the "tower mistress of Vouthoula", or better "Bythula" – at Plato's Academy, as she called the neighborhood from which she started to reach …Kolonaki.

Inspired by a real person, a neighbor of Psathas himself to whom he dedicated it, "Madame Soussou" was first uploaded on 1942 with Mrs. Katerina and Emilios Veakis, in the Katerina theater, of Victoria Square. Mary Aroni and Anna Panagiotopoulou followed. Marika Nezer was in the cinema, on TV Georgia Vasiliadou while on TV Anna Paitazi and then Anna Panagiotopoulou.
