    Piaggio has announced versions with an ABS system for the new Vespa Primavera and Sprint, which significantly increases the levels of active safety. The new models are also available in our country.

The modern ABS unit intervenes on the front wheel of the new small Vespa significantly improving the active safety offered especially on poor quality pavement or on a wet road.

    The front wheel of the Vespa Primavera and Sprint ABS has a reading disc and a sensor that continuously measures its own speed and deceleration relative to that of the scooter. The sensor communicates with an electro-hydraulic control unit that activates the ABS system when the wheel slows down sharply, preventing the blocking and by extension the loss of control of the two-wheeler.

  • Volkswagen presented the Tristar concept at the Hannover Motor Show, in order to celebrate them 30 years since the launch of the first Syncro concept.

     

Taking the Transporter as the basis of development, the people at VW built the Tristar concept, a "beastly" 4-wheel drive pick-up, which thanks to 2.0 Its TDI engine and the 7-speed DSG gearbox, does it 0-100 km/h in 10 δλ.

THE Volkswagen presented at the commercial vehicle exhibition in Hannover Tristar concept, in order to celebrate them 30 years since the launch of the first one Syncro concept. This concept is a long one, 2door (extended cab) pick-up vehicle, which rests on its body Transporter.

In order to honor its off-road character, the Tristar it has plastic body guards and wheels 17 inches with BF Goodrich tires, while its ground clearance has increased by 30 mm. The Tristar concept gets power from a 2 liter TDI mechanical set, return 204 horses and 450 Nm. Through automatic transmission DSG 7 relations, the motion is also transmitted to 4 wheels (4MOTION), allowing the "beastly" pick-up to carry out the 0-100 km/h in just 10 δλ., with its top speed set at 185 km / h.
