THE Ford and the well-known voice recognition company Nuance collaborate to develop and upgrade advanced technology related to the already existing voice recognition.
Ford has long had a voice recognition system, with which each passenger could give him voice commands related to the audio system, the air conditioner, the Bluetooth and the car to act accordingly.
With Ford's collaboration with the well-known company Nuance, which deals exclusively with voice recognition systems, Ford's system will be upgraded even more so that it will be able to identify passengers more easily and immediately, while they speak normally at a steady pace and in a moderate tone.
This upgraded system is very likely to be seen by the Ford SYNC division at the end 2012, in the new model, B-MAX.
