Μετά από μία μακρόχρονη και ιδιαίτερη σχέση μεταξύ των δύο εταιριών, το τοπίο πλέον ξεκαθαρίζει, ανοίγοντας ένα νέο κεφάλαιο στη συνεργασία τους.

Έπεσαν και επίσημα οι τίτλοι τέλους μίας από τις μεγαλύτερες «μάχες» εταιριών των τελευταίων ετών. The 100% των μετοχών της Porsche ανήκει πλέον στον όμιλο VW, σε μία εξέλιξη που λίγα χρόνια πριν οδηγούσε προς το αντίθετο αποτέλεσμα, την εξαγορά της VW από την Porsche. Όπως και να έχει πάντως, οι δύο εταιρίες έχουν αρκετές κοινές ρίζες, με συνεργασίες δεκαετιών. Most, με την ολοκλήρωση της εξαγοράς θα μπορούνε, πέραν του οικονομικού ελέγχου, να μοιράζονται πλατφόρμες, μηχανικά μέρη και τεχνολογίες.

Σύμφωνα με το Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο της VW Martin Winterkorn, «το μονοπάτι πλέον έχει καθαρίσει, οδηγώντας σε ένα λαμπρό, κοινό μέλλον. Η ακόμα στενότερη συνεργασία θα μας επιτρέψει να ισχυροποιήσουμε τις δύο μάρκες και να εμπλουτίσουμε τις γκάμες μας με εντυπωσιακά, νέα μοντέλα». Κατόπιν συμπλήρωσε «Η μοναδική μπράντα της Porsche θα συνεχίσει να αναπτύσσεται με επιτυχία κάτω από την πολυεταιρική στρατηγική της VW. Θα διατηρήσει βεβαίως τη δική της ταυτότητα και επιχειρησιακή ανεξαρτησία, όπως όλες οι εταιρίες του ομίλου».

LAKIS GAVALAS: Birthday in Korydallos prison

This year's birthday of the famous designer and businessman is not reminiscent of the old days with the frantic parties in Mykonos.

It successfully landed today on 8.32 (Greece time) on the planet Mars the robotic vehicle Curiosity, NASA announced. The seven-minute process was the hardest landing of an unmanned spacecraft ever on the Red Planet. The vehicle immediately began sending pictures back to earth and searching for extraterrestrial life forms.

The Curiosity rover sent its first signal when it entered the Martian atmosphere. "We received signals, things look good" said a member of the mission. NASA's space shuttle launched from Cape Canaveral on 26 November 2011.

Its mission is to explore Mars in order to determine whether the Red Planet ever had the conditions to support any life.

Immediately after the successful landing the mission members erupted in cheers and one of the officials handed out Mars chocolates…

The same atmosphere of joy prevailed when the robot sent the first photo, of exceptional purity, of his shadow on the ground of Mars, immediately after his landing.

US President Barack Obama in his announcement speaks of an unprecedented technological achievement.

The program cost money 2,5 di. dollars.

The craft entered the Martian atmosphere at a speed of approx 20 thousands of km/h. It is the most complete and technologically advanced space mobile scientific laboratory, as it has a range of cameras and scientific instruments, as well as a robotic sample collection arm, which will allow him to carry out, in the coming years, a wide range of on-site scientific analyses. Every day, the results of his surveys of the Martian soil will be sent electronically to Earth for further analysis by
the scientists.

The autonomous rover, which will remain stationary in its place for several days, until it is ensured that all is well with its electronic systems, will focus his investigations on its alluvial rocks, height approx 5 km, Mount Sharp (or, as is its official name, Aeolis mountains), which is located inside the ancient and huge Gale Crater, latitudinal 154 km. and aged over 3,5 di. years.

The rocks in question are considered a kind of "time capsule" for the successive geological stages of the planet from the wettest
and his warm past to his arid and cold present.

The vehicle- laboratory, which will move slowly with a speed of just 30 meters per hour (going through the lot 200 meters per day), will continue to analyze Martian rocks looking for complex organic molecules, which will probably constitute the
chemical "signature" of some past or present microorganisms.

But the difficulty for scientists will be to make sure that such carbon-based molecules are indeed of biological origin (the metabolism of microbes), since they could also have been produced through abiotic geochem
procedures.

Research so far has shown that once upon a time, billions of years ago, Mars had an atmosphere and liquid water, therefore a basic condition for the emergence of some form of life was met.

Now, it is hoped that the “Curiosity” will take another step, also finding evolved organic molecules that could be remnants or byproducts of such microorganisms.

Να επιδείξουν πίστη, να αντλήσουν δύναμη από την εκκλησία και να παραμερίσουν τον εγωισμό, στην δύσκολη κατάσταση που διανύει ο τόπος, είναι το μήνυμα που έστειλε στους Έλληνες ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος Αθηνών κ. Ιερώνυμος από την Κέρκυρα όπου βρίσκεται για ολιγοήμερες διακοπές.

«Ο εγωισμός είναι η μεγαλύτερη αμαρτία. Αυτός που είναι εγωιστής δεν βλάπτει μόνο τον εαυτό του, βλάπτει και τον συνάνθρωπο του. Όσο περισσότεροι είναι οι εγωιστές, τόσο μεγαλύτερο είναι και το κακό. Therefore, άμα θέλουμε να ψάξουμε τα αίτια της σημερινής κρίσης, ρίζα είναι ο εγωισμός και η απιστία του καθενός από εμάς. Αν είμαστε ειλικρινείς και ψάξουμε σε βάθος νομίζω θα βρούμε και την αιτία της κρίσης», δήλωσε ο Αριχεπίσκοπος στο Αθηναϊκό Πρακτορείο Ειδήσεων.

Ο Μακαριότατος Αρχιεπίσκοπος Αθηνών Ιερώνυμος βρίσκεται στην Κέρκυρα για λίγες ημέρες ξεκούρασης μετά την περιοδεία του στην Μακεδονία προσκεκλημένος του Μητροπολίτη Κερκύρας Παξών και Διαποντίων Νήσων κ. Νεκταρίου.

Mr. Ιερώνυμος, σήμερα το πρωί χοροστάτησε στην Θεία λειτουργία στην Ιερά Μονή του Υψηλού Παντοκράτορος, στο όρος Παντοκράτωρ, το ψηλότερο σημείο στο νησί.

Ο Μακαριότατος στο κήρυγμα του προς το εκκλησίασμα επεσήμανε ότι «Η εποχή μας είναι δύσκολη. Καταβάλλονται πολλές προσπάθειες από αρχές, εξουσίες, κυβερνήσεις , γίνονται πολλές συζητήσεις. Όλα αυτά είναι χρήσιμα, ωφέλιμα και μας χρειάζονται και πρέπει. Καλός είναι ο συνεχής αγώνας και η προσπάθεια για να αντιμετωπίσουμε κάθε προσωπική η άλλη δυσκολία. Όμως την δύναμη και την γαλήνη την βρίσκουμε μέσα από την πίστη ,τον Λόγο του Κυρίου και την Εκκλησία».

Κατά την παραμονή του στην Κέρκυρα ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος προσκύνησε το σεπτό σκήνωμα του πολιούχου του νησιού Αγίου Σπυρίδωνα.

Επίσης επισκέφτηκε και άλλα ιερά προσκυνήματα, ενώ πήγε και στα Διαπόντια Νησιά όπου είχε την ευκαιρία να συνομιλήσει με τους λιγοστούς κατοίκους των Οθωνών.

And it became Jorvas junior! Γονείς ενός υγιέστατου μωρού έγιναν ο Αλέξανδρος Τζόρβας και η σύζυγός του Χρυσαυγή Ατσιδάκου.

Το ζευγάρι περίμενε πώς και πώς τον ερχομό του γιου του ο οποίος τελικά γεννήθηκε χθες το απόγευμα με καισαρική τομή.

Ο μικρός χαίρει άκρας υγείας και φυσικά έχει σκορπίσει την απόλυτη ευτυχία στην οικογένεια.
