Zeta Makripoulia talks about panic attacks and psychoanalysis

THE Ζέτα Μακρυπούλια ποζάρει στο εξώφυλλο του νέου εορταστικού Shape και στη συνέντευξή της στο περιοδικό μιλάει για τη σχέση της με τη ζυγαριά, τις κρίσεις πανικού και την ψυχανάλυση.

«Τα τελευταία πέντε χρόνια έχω κάνει το μεγαλύτερο δώρο που θα μπορούσα να κάνω στον εαυτό μου: την ψυχανάλυση. Δεν ξέρω αν άλλαξε πρώτα η σχέση μου με τους άλλους και μετά η σχέση με τον εαυτό μου, αλλά σίγουρα ο τρόπος σκέψης μου είναι πολύ διαφορετικός σήμερα».

«Αφορμή στάθηκαν οι κρίσεις πανικού. Την πρώτη φορά έγινε στο θέατρο, στη σκηνή και ήταν πάρα πολύ δύσκολο. Δεν ήξερα τι μου συμβαίνει και τρόμαξα πάρα πολύ. Όταν το ξανάπαθα, άρχισα να καταλαβαίνω ότι κάτι δεν πάει καλά και αποφάσισα ότι χρειαζόμουν ψυχανάλυση. Δε δίστασα καθόλου, άλλωστε οι μόνες επιλογές στο μηχανογραφικό μου στο λύκειο ήταν η ψυχολογία και η θεατρολογία» λέει χαρακτηριστικά.

Στη συνέχεια της συνέντευξής της η ηθοποιός και παρουσιάστρια μιλάει για την σιλουέτα της και τη σχέση της με τα κιλά.

«Αν και θαυμάζω πάρα πολύ τις γυναίκες που τα περιττά κιλά τους δεν τις περιορίζουν στην επιλογή των ρούχων, εγώ δεν είμαι μία από αυτές. Με ενοχλεί στο σώμα μου να “πετάγονται” παχάκια. Κι επειδή επίσης δεν είμαι από τις τυχερές που μπορούν να τρώνε ό,τι θέλουν χωρίς να παχαίνουν, ξέρω ότι στο εξής δε θα μπορώ ποτέ να έχω χαλαρή σχέση με το φαγητό. Αν αφεθώ, θα παχύνω. Δεν είναι καμιά φοβερή καταστροφή, είναι όμως ένα πρόβλημα».

Και συνεχίζει: «Ακόμη και στη σειρά “Στο Πάρα Πέντε” δε θεωρούσα ότι είχα πρόβλημα με τα κιλά μου. Με είχα συνηθίσει έτσι. Ένιωθα ότι έπρεπε να προσέξω λίγο, γιατί είχα αφεθεί, αλλά μέχρις εκεί. Γι’ αυτό όταν ξεκίνησα διατροφή, είχα πει ότι ήθελα να χάσω το πολύ 5 kilos. Nevertheless, είδα ότι άντεχα στο πρόγραμμα, δε με καταπίεζε, μου άρεσε το αποτέλεσμα και το συνέχιζα. Ήταν και μια περίοδος της ζωής μου που είχα περισσότερο ελεύθερο χρόνο. Αυτό μου επέτρεπε να ασχολούμαι πιο πολύ με την ποιότητα της διατροφής μου και να μπορώ να τηρώ τη συχνότητα των γευμάτων, ενώ είχα και χρόνο να γυμνάζομαι. Το ότι τελικά τα κιλά έγιναν 11 inside of 1 χρόνο προέκυψε μόνο του».

«Από τα 11 επέστρεψαν τα 5 κιλά και από τότε έχω αυξομειώσεις μέχρι 1- 2 κιλά» καταλήγει.

The first M4 is coming in a year and a half

THE BMW recently released photos and details of a prototype Series coupe 4.

Naturally, there will also be an M version from the Series, which as revealed will be released in a year and a half.

The first M4 in BMW history will of course be in coupe form, although it is expected to appear in other versions including an open and a four-door Gran Coupe.

The first M4 will be powered by a new six-cylinder engine with two or more turbos. According to BMW we should expect performance comparable to today's M3, but also improved torque and greater economy.

The Readers' Award has been announced 2012

Awarded to Paschalis Lampardis and his novel "Vertical Exit"

To Paschalis Lampardi and his novel "Vertical exit" (Patakis) the Readers' Award is presented 2012, according to the results of the readers' vote.
The "Vertical Exit", the fifth novel of the Serrai prose writer, is a psychological adventure set against the background of the modern urban environment, which focuses on emotions, in thoughtful pursuits, in the excesses of man in everyday life, on the existential path to self-knowledge.
A total of over took part in this year's Readers' Award process 5.000 bibliophiles (from them 3.396 they voted by sms and the rest were members of 38 Reading Clubs who proposed the "short list").
The book "The Times of Memory" by Theodoris Papatheodoros was ranked second in the final score (A psycho) and third the book "Anna Sikelianou: love and dream" by K. Gourgouliani and N. K. Dominant (Kastaniotis).
The prize was awarded in the past to Isidoros Zourgos' Anemolia (2011), As I wanted to live by Eleni Priovolou (2010), the Imaret of Yiannis Kalpouzos (2009), I learned everything from you but I forgot a word by Dimitris Buradas (2008), Mr. Episkopakis by Andreas Mitsou (2007), the Amilita deep waters of Rhea Galanaki (2006) and The Method of Orleans by Eugenia Fakinou (2005).
The Readers' Prize competition is in its eighth year. Organized by the National Book Center (THERE) in collaboration with ERT. The award ceremony will take place within the framework of the 10th Thessaloniki International Book Fair.
