Festive events with an aroma of antiquity at the Acropolis Museum

Invitation for young and old during the holidays

Έντονα εορταστικό και χριστουγεννιάτικο είναι το πρόγραμμα του Μουσείου Ακρόπολης, which starts next weekend. Παιδικά εργαστήρια, family archaeological games, 3D projections, μουσικές εκδηλώσεις και χριστουγεννιάτικα κεράσματα είναι μερικές από τις εκπλήξεις που περιμένουν τους επισκέπτες του τη φετινή εορταστική περίοδο.

Children's workshop "Iresioni and the Carols"

The Museum invites its little friends to decorate Iresioni, ένα κλαδί ελιάς, as they did in ancient times. Έτσι θα γνωρίσουν από πού προέρχεται το αγαπημένο τους έθιμο. They will also sing carols of almost the same age 3.000 years. (Program days: Sunday 23 December & Sunday 30 December. Program hours: 11:00-11:45 a.m., 2:00-2:45 Creation "regarding the modern administration and the European ones, 3:00-3:45 Creation "regarding the modern administration and the European ones).

Το Μουσείο καλωσορίζει τους επισκέπτες στην Αίθουσα Εικονικής Πραγματικότητας με τρισδιάστατες προβολές προκειμένου να μάθουν περισσότερα για τα μνημεία της Ακρόπολης (Program days: Saturday 22 December, Sunday 23 December, Saturday 29 December & Sunday 30 December).

Το Μουσείο προσκαλεί τις οικογένειες να γνωρίσουν τις συλλογές του μέσα από τα θεματικά αρχαιολογικά παιχνίδια που διατίθενται είτε στο Γραφείο Πληροφοριών ως δωρεάν δανειστικά σακίδια είτε στα πωλητήρια.

Renault-Nissan also acquires Lada

Renault-Nissan's intention to invest directly in the Russian market, taking over the fortunes of AvtoVAZ and bringing Lada back to life, Carlos Ghosn announced.
The Russian market is one of the least developed, showing an increase, for the 2011, in new car sales, of his class 40%, with 2,6 million units! The forecast-estimate for the 2012, indicates a further increase, with something less than 3 million units. With these data, the rumored intention of Renault-Nissan to invest in the Russian market;, immediately metamorphoses, with the CEO of the Group, Carlos Ghosn, to move to Moscow, to sign the agreement.

Faye Skordas: In plaster on the set of the show!

THE Faye Skordas appeared, finally, at "Mou Breakfast", on Monday morning, having a cast on one of her legs,  after the recent accident he had over the weekend, as first the Yupiii had written.

The 32-year-old presenter did not make her entrance to the set at her usual time, to accompany Akis Petretzikis in the cooking section – since he can no longer stand upright. As Giorgos Liagas explained, from today and for approx 20 days, he will be at the side of the show's chef.

their favorite custom. They will also sing carols of almost the same age 3.000

also, the fifteen-minute film "The Acropolis in Antiquity" will be shown at
space 1.30 pm. to 5.00 pm. (symbolic price of a special ticket 1 euro
from the funds). The program is aimed at visitors aged over 13 years.

On Sunday 23 December and Sunday 30 December, young and old will
they can enjoy the Museum's exhibits while listening to festive tunes:

    Strofali on the balcony of the second floor overlooking the Hall of the Archaics

    the Mixed and Children's Choir of the Kontali Conservatory on its ground floor
    Museum with a view of the pediment of Hekatombedos (Piano: Gerasimos Hoidas,

The Museum invites families to get to know its collections through the
themed archaeological games available either at the Information Office as
free loaner backpacks or in the shops.
