In an interview with "Glow" magazine, Emerald Walnut talks about relationships, men and her introversion, which is in stark contrast to the profession he has chosen to do.

For the period he was studying at Dramatic:
"It was devastating. Two forces were fighting inside me, the terrible shame with my need to expose myself. It was devastating. Now, the shame is gone, but sometimes he knocks on my door again. I fought her, Nevertheless, and I faced her. Because the constant exposure is also torturous. Many times you want to hide, but you have to go to your work which is the exhibition".

For marriage and relationships:
"Since I haven't married yet it means I didn't want to. I've been loved by men and had relationships where I could take it that way. I reached the brink, but I never wanted it. And many times the environment makes you think "now what will happen to me", but life is mine. I will live it. That may change, I have no problem with marriage,  because I am also committed to friends and relationships, I am very stable, but the sense of permanence, that we signed a piece of paper freaks me out. Leave me alone and I won't leave. I would love to have plenty of time ahead of me and keep putting it off. I would absolutely love this, but the time we have is very specific. Procrastination is my best friend".

For relationships with an age difference:
"It has never happened to me. I don't even like the image of the huge age difference anymore. Because I've been through an age gap relationship, and I do not rule out that with a newer or older one you can say things, you arrive, Nevertheless, to the point where you share things better with people of your generation".

After a long march in front of the television cameras, Eleni Tsaga discovered a rather unexpected talent: Creates homemade sweets, which he has even started to export to America, labeled “Eleni's Tasteful”!. She revealed to the magazine "So Simple" how confectionery came into her life and how she decided to do business with it.

“Old, I only did what was necessary. Until I got pregnant,my husband and I were always out and I wasn't particularly involved in the kitchen" reveals the well-known journalist in her interview with the magazine., adding that after the birth of her twin children, where it is today 18 months, that changed: "I wanted to find light recipes, homemade, which I could make with pure materials, to teach children to eat healthy".

As for the day her new hobby took on business proportions, it was just before this year's new year: "I had a week off and I was sitting, I can't go anywhere with the babies, so I had filled the house with sweets: truffles, cake, chocolates, beiges, and, of course, the traditional ones,such as kourabiedes and king pie. A friend of ours, food importer in Miami and the Caribbean, excited about sweets, he asked me which pastry shop I got them from. He just found out they were mine, suggested we work together".
